They did not call after 4 hours so we called and they said they'll be on Monday between 11 and 1. On Monday at 2.30pm we called and they took over 5 minutes to figure out who we were and apologized saying they were stuck in a previous job, which sounded like a made-up excuse. They said …”

“Just had two faucets replaced - one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I'm very pleased with the service. Both faucets work great and look beautiful! Joe was very efficient and his work is high quality. The work was done in a timely fashion at an affordable price. I would use him again and highly recommend Elm Plumbing and Heating.”
