“Jimmy came out to replace my garbage disposal, and he did such a terrific job (not to mention that while he was working, he was also sharing some pretty funny stories). He also took the time to answer some questions about a tub faucet I have, and he saved me some money because what I was going to do would not have been conducive to the end result I was seeking.”
