Had to make an emergency call for no heat at my mother's house. Arrived quickly and was able to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a plumbing issue. Once the plumbing issue was resolved the technician came back out and got the furnace running again. Great service and definitely appreciated on a cold evening. Joe was very professional and polite. Ed's electric is the best. Our technician Denney was out for routine maintenance on our heating system. He was knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we understood everything he had done for us. Not our first experience with Ed's. It has been that way with all their employees. Tonya in the office and all the service personnel are top notch. I have recommended them to others who have had the same experience.

Our tech, Josh was great. He took care of the tuneup and explained what his concerns were. At the end he addressed what his suggestions were and provided an estimate. No pressure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I called Ed’s to have my furnace cleaned and evaluated as it is over 20 years old. Charlie & Canton came out and took the furnace apart and showed me a multitude of issues, None of which surprised me, especially finding several cracks in the heat exchanger. I decided to purchase a new furnace and AC unit from Ed’s HVAC. I’m very happy that I got a jumpstart on this project before the cold weather gets here & I am getting my new system installed tomorrow. Excellent service. I have used Ed’s plumbing in the past, and I was very happy with those services as well. Jessica and Tanya, who work in the office, are very helpful and very nice. I highly recommend Ed’s plumbing and HVAC and I will be using their services again in the future. UPDATES: Since having my 22 year-old furnace evaluated and inspected, I have had Ed’s HVAC install a new furnace and AC system. Adam, Luke E., And Justin worked as a team and removed and installed my new HVAC system, which works great. The team worked well together. Everything was cleaned up and I couldn’t be happier. Later, I had Shane come out and give me an estimate for some electrical work. I needed to have the main power line, which comes into the house, replaced. The job was quickly scheduled and the electricians came out a few days later. Luke C. & Jason worked together to replace the power line in just a few hours and it looks great. It is on the outside of the house so they did protect the line with conduit, which had not been done previously. Yesterday, Charlie came back and cleaned my furnace vents. Charlie took his time cleaning the vents and showing me the before and after pictures. Great job and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Ed’s heating and plumbing company. I do plan to use Ed’s again in the future for other projects.

Jimmy did a fantastic job on our washer and dryer hookups. The installation was very clean and neat. He put everything back the way it was and he cleaned up all the drywall and sawdust. We had two other quotes that were more expensive by $500. But what sold me was the other two companies were going to tie into the drain with a tee. Jimmy did with a wye, which is a better solution.
