“Water heater stopped working. Called and tech arrived in just over an hour. Was able to determine lower heating element failed. Water tank was still under warranty. Both elements were replaced at no cost to me. I only paid labor. I was very impressed with such a quick repair. I had hot water again in about an hour!”

“We reached out to Eaton after discovering a puddle of water beneath our existing water tank. Their initial assessment led to the recommendation of a new water heater, which they promptly installed on Monday afternoon. However, by Wednesday evening, the puddle had reappeared.”

“This is similar to another review on this site, and I thought that review could use an endorsement. I had Bert out to our house in DECEMBER to inspect and advise on our old water heater.
