Love working with Earl's. HIGHLY recommend purchasing their home warranty. The few calls we have had with them, the staff were timely and always detailed in walking me through the issues. I recently had to use another company as no one was available in an immediate timeframe from Earl's (weekend - no biggie). The company that came out gave us a story that we needed to replace several high dollar items immediately. We waited until the next day for Earl's to make it out. They debunked the previous company and walked me through all of the options I had. They provided their professional opinion, which was not to replace anything as there was no reason to. They provided me with an estimate, that was better than the other company's, and told me it was simply something to consider for the future. This is what I have experienced with Earl's consistently. They have been honest and detailed in the work they do. Earl's is my go-to and recommend others to do the same!

Jerry and Jeremiah were 10 stars the best I have ever seen in my life. Mastery in performance, customer care and know what's best. I have never experienced the type of care and advising the best possible outcomes. Me and my family were suffering with out a functioning water heater taking a cold shower was a nightmare. Amanda dispatch sent the guys out they knew exactly what to do and diagnosed the issue quickly with precision. After explaining our budget the family like business at Earl's donated a water heater to us. I'm still pinching myself. Thank you King Jesus for Earl's Plumbing & Air. Earl's Plumbing was great! They came out for a leak we had in a shower. The technician, Alex, did a great job of explaining to my husband what he did with cleaning the connections and it did stop dripping for several days but that ultimately the unit would need replaced. We said we would wait and see. He provided us with a detailed estimation. When we did reach back out to have the unit replaced, they ordered the parts and where here within a day or two to get started. Beau, was the technician that completed the job, very timely, professional and did a fabulous job. I feel the cost was also very reasonable! Thank you for doing a great job!

Earl's was so professional in their communication from start to finish. I usually spoke with Stephanie on the phone, and she was so kind and helpful. Our plumber was Zach N. and he was fantastic as well. Although we were outside of their normal service range, the supervisors at Earl's approved us during a terrible winter storm, and we are most appreciative. I especially appreciate that they texted a technician photo, bio, and ETA along with tracking. Would definitely use Earl's again and have already recommended them to others. Thank you!

Tyler Anderson has come to fix our plumbing on a couple different occasions. He has been phenomenal each time. Tyler is kind, knowledgeable and professional. This is a small but big thing for me- We do not wear shoes in our house.. he must’ve noticed the subtle clues of how we leave shoes outside etc. Without me asking, he took his boots off and put them outside the front door. That is SO appreciative and excellent to observe something like that. Thanks Tyler for being an amazing plumber, but providing great customer service too!

The toilet in the master bath has not worked correctly since the day we moved into the house and it's brand new. Earl's came out and said let's try this. It will be the best and least expensive fix. Unfortunately, it did not work and they came back out today and had to do a much larger repair. They did not charge us for a second site visit and the repair is perfect. We've also use them for heating and air-conditioning. They are a wonderful company.

After bad overpricing and cheap labor with a national home service company, I am thrilled to have Earl's as my home repair. Company. Their employees from the office staff and repair experts are the best ever. They are professional, knowledgeable and arrive on time. If you don't have a warranty get one with Earl's Plumbing & AV . You will not be disappointed . Thank you Chad for the great job you did replacing my broken oven door.

Earl‘s always does an amazing job! Fast, friendly, professional, and expert install installation and maintenance maintenance! We have our home warranty with them, and they have been really great to work with. They saved us a ton on our water heater expenses. I would definitely recommend buying a home warranty for girls and getting the premium package. It’s been a lifesaver.

Raul did a service check on my AC. He said my fan compressor needed replacing. Not a surprise since my unit is 11 years old. He did the work, was extremely polite and kept me informed every step. Mason was with him on the second call and he was very nice too. Please give Raul and Mason a big thank you from the Davis family. I appreciate that Earl's hires such good people.

Jerry and Kagen from Earls Plumbing installed a new water heater and repaired a leaking hose bib today. These guys were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and did a great job for us. We’ve used Earls before and we’re very happy again today with Jerry and Kagen. They get a 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend Earls!
