Ted and Anthony did a great job! They were professional, attentive and prompt. Ted explained all the features and functions of the new HVAC unit and was patient enough to answer additional questions my wife had while on the phone. Ted even recommended humidity settings , based on different needs and health concerns. They also reconnected my existing dehumidifier unit, which had stopped working (unbeknownst to me) and corrected the direction of some drain tubing from a previous installation by another company. This was our first experience with Duane Blanton and now we can confidently say, they are our new HVAC and plumbing top choice.

Very professional. Took time to explain everything so we could understand. Provided with estimate and installed a temporary fix until the parts com in. Would recommend. James and Juan came and completed the necessary work. They arrived on time and completed the necessary work in a timely manner. Very personable gentlemen. Took the time to explain everything to me and cleaned up the area. Would definitely recommend.

Konnor came out to do my initial inspection and estimate. He was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions he was able to get me a filtration system that suited my needs and within my budget. James came out next day to do my install. These guys are true professionals 100% will be calling them back for additional plumbing work. James answered every question I had and did a stellar job installing my new 3 stage water filtration system and water heater. I cannot recommend them enough.

The WORST Plumbing Service I have EXPERIENCED in 18 years ! 1) They installed a new water heater after my basement flooded and didn't bother to test all the faucets ! I get home NO WATER at mt kitchen sink. I was at work. I also believe was overcharged for the install by at least $300 ! 2) I call them and they send someone out to "fix" the issue the next day. The "plumber" calls me while I'm at work and doesn't bother to leave a message that its fixed or if there is a problem with it. 3) I call the office to ask what's going on ? "Oh its not fixed ?" These people are TRULY clueless ! I'll have him call you. 4) He calls me back and tells me the Kitchen faucet is clogged. I need a new one. Is this guy going for a sales quota ?! Funny how it worked prior to this disaster ! AVOID this Company at all costs !!!! Incompetent Rip-Off Artists ! NEVER again.

Very, very very overpriced they wanted to charge me $3500 for sump pump I called another plumbing company $1000 for the exact same work Charge me $79 for five minutes of their time

I am a member of Duane Blanton Customer MVP Program. I had my AC Multi-point system tune-up and safety inspection completed, which is part of this program. My AC unit is Trane. I worked with Duane Blanton to replace my HVAC Furnace with a new Carrier high-efficiency unit in late 2022 but kept my AC Trane as it was replaced in 2019 by previous owners. My technician, Chris R., performed the AC work today. I was impressed by his knowledge related to my Trane AC unit. Chris explained everything needed to keep it running efficiently. He found that I needed to replace a part. I received 25% off the repair part normal price because I am an MVP program member. And as an added benefit, this new part came with a 5-year warranty which is awesome. It is wonderful to know my complete HVAC system investments are in good hands with Duane Blanton.

This company understands the importance of customer service and they keep their word, which can be difficult to find these days. I worked specifically with the manager Jason but all employees were kind, respectful, efficient and helpful. We had a sewage line break and they accidently dug in the wrong place first time around. This was distressing to me since they tore up my front planter box that I had just spent hundreds of dollars on putting in last summer. Without issues, they came back after winter and fixed the entire area they accidently dug up. They replaced my landscape fabric, plants, and mulch and gave me a gift card. All sewage issues and related were taken care of with professionalism and respect. Will definetly use them again in the future!

Johnnie from Duane Blanton came out a week ago to tighten the handle on my kitchen faucet. He couldn’t get it to tighten, so I went and bought a new faucet. Johnnie installed the new faucet. Everything was great. A few days later, I noticed the faucet was getting looser and looser from the sink. I called DB to have a technician come back out to tighten. I probably could have done it myself, but at almost 70 years old I don’t want to crawl under the sink when also I already paid so much. DB sent Johnnie back out. He’s a really nice person and explains everything he’s doing. Very professional. He tightened the faucet and all is right in my world once again.

Everyone at Duane Blanton’s Plumbing and Heating provided excellent customer service from start to finish. After Roel’s inspection found major safety issues, Jack arrived quickly, explained my options clearly, and helped me find a financial solution that worked for me. Jason and Ted removed my old system from 1993 and installed a whole new HVAC system the same day. They were honest, professional, and very respectful of my home. Adam was fantastic to work with. He came out quickly, was incredibly professional and friendly, and took the time to thoroughly check everything without rushing. What really stood out was that he stayed to speak directly with Public Works and clearly explain what he was seeing. That level of care and follow-through is rare. You just don’t come across professionals like him very often anymore—honest, knowledgeable, and truly looking out for you. I’d absolutely recommend Adam at Duane Blanton to anyone needing a plumber they can trust.

FAST AND GREAT SERVICE!!! Johnny was an awesome dude. Fast, efficient and straight to the point. He let me know what's wrong currently and possibly helped save a future disaster with another issue I wasn't aware of. Thank you so much for the best service and I shall see you guys again tomorrow. Roel is a very responsible technician for the regular maintenance work on my Furnace/AC system. He did excellent job on checking and make necessary operations as part of routine. He explained the details what could be potential issues, what could be solutions. Compare to other technicians came over, he for sure did much better job. I just hope the company could hold the same quality person cross over!

Chris N. is so knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the main issue and common solution to our broken sewer line. Very friendly and easy to deal with. He will walk you through out the process and best of all Duane Blanton’s fee is unbeatable for the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend this company and Chris N. Update: Rafael did an excellent work with our sewer drain replacement.

I needed immediate assistance to control a broken spigot and prevent it from leaking back into my basement where we had installed new hardwood floors. The Blanton team collaborated with me to send over a Plumber, super Dave, in 40 min and resolved our near catastrophic event the same afternoon. Many thanks to Blanton Plumbing and Super Dave for their efficient response and great service.

We have had Duane Blanton come out several times, once for a plumbing issue, and the other times for furnace and air conditioning issues and check ups. Each time, the technicians took pictures and explained fully any problems or potential problems. They are completely reliable and honest. We will not call any other business when we have the need for their areas of expertise.
