Based on a recommendation from a contractor, I called Drew's Plumbing the week of 9/29/25 because our water heat wasn't working and we had no hot water. Got an immediate callback and Drew was able to come that day. It ended up being a simple fix but the time, care and attention given to a small job has landed our loyalty. Our unit is old and when we replace it we will be calling Drew again and will lean on his expertise. Highly recommend!

Two days before Memorial Day weekend I noticed my old water heater had a small leak at the bottom. I was going on a road trip that day, but decided I better stay home and try to find a plumber to replace the water heater rather than risk having it burst and flood my basement while I was gone. I didn't think I'd have much luck getting a plumber to respond right away given the Holiday. I also wanted to get a Bradford-White water heater installed, since they are the only ones still made in the USA. I did some checking and found that Drew's Plumbing was one of two local plumbers identified by Bradford-White for installation of their water heaters. I had never used Drew's Plumbing before. I called and left a message describing my predicament. Andy, the owner, returned my call within an hour. He and another gentleman were at my house with a new water heater within a couple hours. The installation only took about an hour or more and was done extremely well. I would definitely recommend Drew's plumbing, especially if it's an emergency. Marc
If you are in need of a reliable, courteous, and reasonable plumber, I will tell you there is no one better than Drew's Plumbing. I have used Drew's Plumbing multiple times, and they will always be my first choice. They go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. When I had questions, Drew's was there; when I was in need of service, Drew's was there; when I had an emergency, Drew's was there.
We needed our stand pipe replaced. Drew's plumbing had the best quote, was friendly, flexible and did an excellent job. Also gave me options to save some money on the project. I have used other plumbers in the past but Drew's will be my first pick going forward.
