Fantastic company and the only plumbers I use. Plumbers are reliable, punctual and friendly, always delivering excellent service with reasonable pricing. I never feel like they are upselling or pressuring into things I don’t need. I have used DPS for hydro jetting and sewer rodding, drain clogs, leaks and other issues that arise in a 100+ year old house. DPS stands by its work and makes sure the issues is resolved. Shout out to Yuri who is a plumbing wizard.
We were very happy with the service we received, during the holiday times it was nearly impossible to find a technician to come over same day, and Drain and plumbing services were at our door in less than an hour. Have used this company before and will continue using them! In this emergency situation, Yuri came promptly, assessed the problem, and fixed it quickly. We did have to pay a $200 “emergency fee,” but only because we wanted it fixed ASAP. Highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services.
We rented a new office and during the transition noticed an issue with the sink. The clog was inside the wall. The faucet was not working. We found Drain & Plumbing Services online. We had a plumber on site in 40 minutes. The work was done quickly and the price was exactly as quoted. The office coordinated everything well and we got our plumbing system resolved. This company will now be our go to plumber.
