Drain Go Plumbing was dispatched to me through First American Home Warranty and Michael and Britt did an excellent job. They arrived hours earlier than my scheduled appointment window due to a cancelation and it was perfect timing. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They allowed me to explain the hell I had gone through the night before with 2 stopped up toilets upstairs that caused water to leak from my light fixtures downstairs in my kitchen and dining room. Once they assessed the problem, they went right to work and had both toilets working properly in less than an hour. They were sure to explain what happened and instructed me on what NOT TO DO to keep it from happening again. I learned a valuable lesson from them today- even if wipes are labeled FLUSHABLE, they're NOT and will cause major problems! A huge THANK YOU to Drain Go and I honestly hope I never have to need you guys again but, if I do, see you soon! 🤝🏾✌🏾

I’d like to share that w had a great experience with Drain Go of Tipton County and First American Home Warranty. Warranty work requires patience and once you understand the process that has to be followed just communicate professionally and politely and your problems get handled with a smile.
