A huge thank you to Drain Defense LLC for coming out on a Saturday night and fixing our problem! Heniek Wykowski was fast, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. It’s great to know there are still companies that go above and beyond when you need them most. We truly appreciate the excellent service!

I called Hank to have him come to my house and fix a very slow draining kitchen sink. He showed up when he said he would and resolved the issue quickly. Hank was friendly and respectful and did an outstanding job. I couldn’t ask for better service and will be calling him whenever I need a plumber in the future.

$900 request for service. He showed up on time. I have text saying I needed a pump out and baffle clog removed, he showed up without a pump truck and no plan. He wanted me to pay him. I said no. He said $300. I said I’ll pay you $100 to leave. He then left. What a waste of time. Not recommending him to anyone. I shouldn’t have paid him anything.

Use at your own risk: Day 1: City of Westfield recommended Drain Defense LLC after flushing the main and determining we had a clog in our pipes. We called Henry, he gave us a quote and came out right away. I showed him to our 1 bathroom, gave him access to the basement, and allowed him to get to work. After a while, he said everything was all set and working properly. He left a huge mess but I was grateful to have a working toilet so I thanked him, paid him $600, he left, and I began the process of cleaning my way to the bathroom so I could try it out. Upon lifting the lid, I could see there was no water in the toilet bowl. I flushed, the bowl filled up, nothing went down. I called Henry and he said he could return the following day late morning. Day 2: Called and texted him at noon, no answer. At 330pm, I received a text that he had a family emergency. Day 3: Called and texted in the morning. Received a text that he was busy but would call me back. Have not heard from him since Day 5: Tried him one last time in hopes that he was actually a decent human being, no luck. I get that I'm an idiot for not flushing the toilet before handing over $600 cash, but either he didn't flush it either to check if his job was actually finished, or he did check and was lying when he told me it was all set. Either way, I would not recommend this business.

Very disappointing. I called Henry about noon on a Friday to replace a kitchen sink hose. He said he'd do the job and be at my house in South Hadley about 4:30 or 5:30pm. At 6:30 I texted and called him to see if we were still on. He never responded. If he was unable to make it that day I would have understood--but no call or text. A terrible way to run a business.
