Done Right Today

Our heating and A/C system had been on its last leg since we moved in 7 years ago. We have been dreading the day we needed to replace it because I thought it would be too much of a hassle and out of our budget. Sunday night we finally decided it was time, so we reached out to the Plumbing Manager at Done Right Today, Bill. We were immediately set up with a no pressure estimate with our Comfort Advisor, Scott. Scott came out at a time that was most convenient for my husband and I, and was informative and genuine. He walked us through the whole process in detail to put our minds at ease about this big project we had put off for so long. He gave us as many options as we asked for (which was a lot) and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision. We knew right away we chose to work with the right company! We placed our deposit on the spot and Scott was able to schedule the installation for the following morning. The next morning, a team of true professionals arrived! Daquan, Gian, and Marc were at our house less than 12 hours after our commitment, on time, and with all the tools and materials necessary to complete the job. The team was so respectful of our home and by the end of the day, we had a brand new high efficiency system that we can enjoy the benefits of for years to come. The best part is, when they left, it was like they were never here. The place looks cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you to Bill, Scott, Daquan, Gian, and Marc! The seamless way your team works together and the professionalism through every step was something all companies should aspire to! Excellent and prompt customer service response. Steven went above and beyond what was expected and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly! And Anthony came for an air conditioner complementary tuneup and he was a great listener, very professional as well. The small gesture means a lot! I got a heater from Done Right Today. I called and Richie came out and did an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me the 3 different heaters I could get and I chose the double heater. (Lennox.) Great price, the men came and put it in and were very clean and cleaned up after themselves at the end. It runs beautiful, I love it!

"Buy a house", they said. "it's the American Dream!" They claimed. Until you are taking a shower and the water temps start to fall before the rinse cycle. So I needed a new heater. Lovely. I spoke to a couple of local hardware shops, and the prices they quoted me might have been ok for some people but I didn't have a briefcase of cash sitting stashed iny home, so I needed other options. A brief Google search brought me to "Done Right Plumbing", and they were local so I thought "🤷🏾‍♂️ couldn't hurt." Only a few short moments of convo with Jessica (hope I remembered the name correctly) and not only did I have a number that fit my budget, but the product (according to both Google and customer reviews) was superior to what the hardware store was selling. Sold me. When Technician Chris showed up, he was courteous, competent and quick - got my heater installed properly and the setup looks fantastic. I am back among the privileged with my warm showers and "Done Right Plumbing" saved the day! Thank you so much!

Brand new heater The heater was professionally installed And the guys was respectful, I would definitely recommend to other people. Great job 👍, I have 2 cats and they were ok working around my cats. Done right get five stars from me.
