Great experience from start to finish. John serviced our tankless water heater and went above and beyond by noticing light coming into the basement around the pipes and AC lines, then sealing them with caulk. That attention to detail was really appreciated. He was also very pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain things clearly. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We had Air Temp Solutions come out and install a new HVAC system after ours broke during the 2026 blizzard here in Delaware. Jeff came out to do a diagnostic visit first, and then we had Al Mayweather come over to discuss our options with us. They were thorough in explaining our options and explained their POV and recommendations clearly and succinctly. Ultimately we trusted them to do the job correctly, even though the project was at a higher price point than we had estimated. The install guys were great and as unobtrusive as possible, and got the job done on time.

I really appreciated how careful and professional he was throughout the process. My furnace is quite old and clearly at the end of its life, but I was hoping to keep it running a bit longer to save money. He made an honest effort to troubleshoot and repair it, clearly explained the limitations, and didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into an immediate replacement. We have been loyal customers of Air Temp Solutions for about 6 years and called them to install a hot water heater and a kitchen sink at our new house. Both were still working, but needed to be replaced. Kyle and Harry gave us several options for each item and told us about financing. They are both very knowledgeable and left the place clean when the job was done. They checked in with me on the status of each job and before they had to run out to get parts/took a break for lunch.
