Was told the tech was still on another job and I was next in line. Called again at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and was told the exact same tmmhing. A few complications occurred within the spectrum of the work I had done and they were able to adapt and solve some fairly complex challenges to my full satisfaction!
