I have had a lot of work done by Done. I found everyone I worked with helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. A few complications occurred within the spectrum of the work I had done and they were able to adapt and solve some fairly complex challenges to my full satisfaction! I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable.

Our toilet was plugged up and being only one of two bathrooms in the house (with 3 people), they were the only ones who could come out right away. Justin got here within an hour or two of my booking and he was quick and thorough. He even gave me some advice on how to avoid it happening again. I will definitely contact DONE! in the future.

5 stars because plumber Terry was able to locate the source of a water leak immediately, carry out the plan to install a new shower faucet system and get it Done the next day! Another Done plumber had been here two months before thinking the issue was caulking but it wasn't. Terry's work was meticulous, explanations excellent, he waited and tested that the leak was actually fixed. Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor. So when I needed a second plumber to come check the unresolved issue, I asked for Terry. He deserves a bonus for the work he did! I highly recommend you call Done and request Terry! I know what the market is like and how challenging it is to find a competent, honest plumber, I will definitely call Done if I need a plumber again and request Terry! Thank you to Done and Terry!

7-27-2024 Updated review. I had a window today from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to have my air conditioner repaired in my home. No one showed up and when 5:00 pm came I gave them a phone call. Was told the tech was still on another job and I was next in line. Called again at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and was told the exact same tmmhing. I think this is a BS excuse as they had nobody working and wanted to make it sound like they were busy. Not once did I ever get a phone call from the dispatcher or a technician stating that they were running late. Lack of communication from this company will be there downfall. I asked the scheduling department to have a manager or a company family member give me a phone call to discuss this. I was told that would never happen. Very nice plumbing company to work with. Had them out on Friday 11/11/22 to clear out a floor drain that was blocked. The technician used the hot water heater to flush out the drain. On Sunday 11/13/22 the floor around my hot water heater was very wet as it had been leaking from the flush valve since Friday when the technician used it. Done came back out on Monday to assess the situation. $700.00 to repair the flush valve or replace the hot water heater. I chose to replace it do to the age and being out of warranty. Cost was $4000.00+. Would have been nice to be offered some sort of discount as it was partly their fault that the water heater was leaking. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and their follow through is par none. KUDOS AAA+++

We used to love this company. Until they installed our AC that didn't pass inspection and won't come fix it.

Had an excellent experience with It's Done Plumbing and Jake the technician. He showed up early, gave me an accurate estimate and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. Will definitely use their services again. 9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else. 2/7/23 Jaered from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied. 3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous. 4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience.

I have been with Done Plumbing for a long time and always been happy with their work. This was the biggest job yet and took 2 days. They had to take the cast iron pipes under my townhome and replace with new ones. They did a wonderful job and always kept me posted as to what they were doing and when they would be turning off the heat or water etc. They had to move a lot of things in my basement and nothing was broken and everything put back where it belonged. They worked very hard and were always friendly. I was impressed that everyone had a specific job to do and did it well. I had plumbers, workers that took out the pipe, some with cameras, some that put in the new pipe and mixed the cement to cover it all up. I have pictures and an estimated bill that they went over with me. I am now going to file a claim with my Insurance company to see if I can get some of the money back and they have a special person who just does claims that is working with me. I like that they are a family business and each person has their special job to do. Many thanks to Done Plumbing for a job well done.

We contacted Done Plumbing after our water heater broke. They didn’t have availability until the next day but still managed to get up on the schedule within hours! Terry arrived and was very thorough with his work he not only looked at the direct problem but also things that could have cause it. He didn’t just tell us what was wrong but showed us as well. He was very transparent with pricing options and options for a new water heater and even gave us estimates for future work that will help prevent this from happening again. He was very understanding about our request for boot covers due to allergies and even offered to wear gloves and a full coveralls which we greatly appreciated! He worked hard and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! As unfortunate as it was to have it break he made it a better experience and fully replaced it same day! We could not have asked for a better experience! Had a leaking intake pipe to the hot water heater so called Done Plumbing as we've used them before and they were great. They sent Terri out right away and he noticed that in addition to the leaking pipe we were missing an expansion tank for the hot water heater which is now code. It was late evening when he arrived so he gave us our estimate and promised to return bright and early the next morning with everything he needed to do the repair. He arrived right on time and did the whole job including switching out all of the corroded cpvc with copper and new flex lines to the top of the tank within 3 hours. Also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you Terry! And thank you Done Plumbing. The only reason this is a 4 and not 5 star review is I thought the price was a little steep. But will definitely use them again when I have another plumping issue.

Could not have been more pleased with my interactions with this company. The office staff was quick to answer, gave timely updates and set clear expectations on pricing and timeline. Both techs who worked on our job were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process well. Our drain clog was tricky and after the first tech came out he suggested a more expensive procedure which was then set up for the next day. When the second tech arrived the following morning rather than jumping into the more expensive procedure right away he tried a few other things first which ended up resolving our issue and saves us thousands. So pleased the techs did right by me and didn’t just upsell to get a deal done. There are other companies that make recommendations for services that are not entirely necessary or not give lower cost solutions a shot first.

Several years ago our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I called a company that sent a technician to resolve the issue. He opened up a clogged area, tried to sell me an expensive organic waste digester (which I found online at half the price) and left. Today I called Done! Etienne and Matt were dispatched to our house. The entire visit was super professional. They used a snake machine and cleaned the line from the sink all the way to the main drain inside the house. They hand cleaned the pvc pipes they detached from the garbage disposal and dishwasher. When the line was clear and they were done they cleaned under the sink with a cleaning product that left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Thanks!

Ridiculously overpriced! We’ve used Done many times over the past 10+ years, but their prices have skyrocketed into absurdity. We recently had a leak & they determined we needed a new kitchen faucet. The estimate for the faucet & installation was $1,700 — I kid you not. Hard pass. Instead I purchased & installed a replacement faucet from Home Depot for $179 + 40 minutes of work. To be fair, the technician was extremely friendly, professional, and punctual. I normally wouldn’t write a negative review for a company we’ve had such a long relationship with, but after receiving 2x reminders in the past 24 hours asking me to leave a review, here it is.

Today we needed a new garbage disposal so we called Done Plumbing. They've always provided reliable work and great customer service. Dylan Knutson arrived on time, gave us options to choose from and after we made our product selection, Dylan had the new disposal installed within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Dylan answered all of my questions and gave us tips for keeping the disposal running smoothly for years. He did a great job. I had extensive plumbing repairs that was in the thousands of dollars and came as quite a shock. However, once the work was underway I can't say enough positive things about DONE Plumbing and Heating. All the people involved in repairing my plumbing were professional, compassionate and patient in working with me. I would highly recommend DONE to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Chad, Bayle, Dominique, Ernie and Nikko are to be commended on the outstanding work they performed and I hope they can receive some kind of recognition from DONE.

I had a great experience with Richard Boliter from Done Plumbing. He did an excellent job from start to finish—everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated, and made sure I understood the work being done. On top of that, he was courteous, respectful, and easy to work with.
