Both Ilija and Dylan were great! Ilija first came as we did not have hot water. He handled that problem efficiently and then checked all 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Ilija identified quite a number of items that needed replacement and since our home is older it was very good to be made aware of those issues. Dylan then came a couple of days later and fixed all of the problems in one day! He worked all day and did an excellent job while treating our home with respect and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent company and Ilija and Dylan both super!!

Had an emergency with our water heater springing a major leak. All three service technicians (Christian, Tony, & Dylan) did a great job! Super fast response, very friendly, and professional. My wife really appreciateed the use of shoe covers as they entered the house and the care they took to keep everything as clean as possible. Great higher grade products, service, warranty, and very competitive pricing as confirmed by our son who is also in the same industry but outside of our area.

The hot water tank was installed in an extremely tight space. They navigated the puzzle with out a problem. Work was well done and complete

Want to start of by saying the tech was very polite... Now to the bad... Called setup an appointment for a quote for a Water Conditioner install. Right off the bat it got off on the wrong foot with the technician being told this was a simply plumbing inspection not a quote. I already have the system in hand with instructions and everything ready to go. I just wanted the expertise in regards to the installation as I did not want to be without water for days. The outrageous quote they gave me was for $3,998.00 (with me supplying the system). In addition to this I still had to pay the 50 dollar service fee for them to come give this giant middle finger of a price. To give some feedback this is a new build house in a room with plenty of space to do the work it isnt like it is a hard to get to crammed corner with old plumbing. This seems like it was just a scam to get money as the tech even told me "this is our standard customer supplied water conditioner installation price"... the price that they could not give me over the phone and had to charge me 50 dollars to do

Normally I'm not one to leave 1 star reviews but this time i have too. I'm an HOA community manager and called Benjamin Franklin to handle a homeowner without water, i informed them that this homeowner was without water for 2 full days already and i needed someone out there ASAP. Waited 2 hours and decided to call back after id received no phone call from dispatch, i wanted to give them a 2nd contact # besides the office # just in case and the 2nd girl i talked to said she couldn't even find the address in their system so she RE DID it and put it on the Urgent list. I waited until about 9pm and STILL NOTHING. Now its 2:24pm the next day, a full 24 hours from when i called the first time and i still haven't had a single person contact me in regards to the phone call i made trying to get a plumber out there for an emergency. Safe to say ill never be using Benjamin Franklin ever again or considering them. Do yourselves a favor and use Endurance Plumbing instead so you don't have to worry about not getting never getting a response.

Tony and Dyllan came to our home April 20th to replace water heater, updated bathroom facets and otter plumbing items. They were on time and performed all tasks with record breaking speed. Their skills and talents in accomplishing all areas was astonishing. My wife and I were overwhelmed that they were able to complete everything in a matter of hours. Thanks Tony and Dylan! Our home was inspected by Ilija our friend from Benjamin Franklin he was able as always to show and repair a faucet and show us what problems we were having with our water tank. He ordered a replacement that will come tomorrow. He is a people problem fixture. And he is part of our family. Thanks Ilija as our plumber and our friend! Ilijai performed our yearly inspection on our plumbing. He is not ony a great plumber, but also a great friend. We ask personally for him when we need a plumber. He loves his profession and will be honest in what he knows is a problem in your home. If you want a professional and honest plumber ask for ilijai! Thanks Ilija.. Riley and Tony were sent to our home to replace two toilets. Both were exceptional.They both worked as a team and in very short time they were finished. Great job! Thanks Tony and Riley! As always Ilija comes every year to inspect our plumbing and does a thorough job insuring we have no problems. This time he found a clog sink in the master bathroom and a valve on our water tank that needed replacement. He check all plumbing areas throughout our home and insured us that everything was working properly. If you want a plumbing tech you can ask for him by name and you will be impress as we are. We have been knowing him for years and consider him and his family as our adopted family. Thanks Ilija and God Bless! My good friend and Plumber Ilija completed an inspection on my home. Ilija replaced water on/off value in one of my bathroom also replace filters in the Master bath Room . As always it was great seeing him again with his cheerful smile and eager to solve my problems. Thanks Ilija for another super job! As always Ilija did an outstanding job in repairing my clog sinks. He and his assistant Dylan were sharp in their uniforms and were professional, courteous, and accomplished the job in record time. Thanks Ilija, and Dylan. My water heater pilot light went out. Tony who came to our home to inspect our plumbing was polite, courteous, and truly a professional. He without hesitation introduce himself, and went straight to work. I called Ilija concerning replacing my bar sink as we had finished redecorating painting the area. Ilija came and as always good to see my plumber and friend. As usual he is what I say all professionals should be. His uniform was impeccable, and his professionalism is always above, reproach. Not only did Ilija Kostadinov give me a reasonable estimate/quote, he stood by it 💯%! Some hiccups developed and he never hiked up the price. The work was completed in a timely manner. The work crew were knowledgeable. The job was completed very professionally. Once I signed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Ilija Kostadinov took all the stress and challenges off my shoulders and handled ALL of it. Removing the back fence to get the backhoe in, and replacing it when finished. Breaking the concrete of the ‘patio’ , hand digging the trench out to the yard where they could use the backhoe. Laying 80 foot of new pipe from house to alley. Dump trucks of extra dirt out, then back in. Scheduling with the city to block off the alley, and to have it re-asphalted. The cement patio was replaced. And the yard put to rights before the job was considered complete. Ilija covered it ALL! And his communication with us throughout the process was ever present, but not pressured. I Highly recommend Ilija. His price was neck to neck with two other companies, not inexpensive, but well worth getting the job done correctly.

We had our water heater go out late a Sunday Afternoon. My husband called Ben Franklin plumbing as we are members and they weren’t going to be able to come check it until Thursday morning. My husband checked again on Monday morning and thankfully Ilija took our appointment! He came over checked our water heater and told us it had to be replaced which we had fully expected. He was amazing in giving me multiple options and explaining all of the different water heater types and what would be involved. When I picked an option he immediately got on the phone calling his team to help him complete the installation. Dillon came over a short while later to start taking everything apart and setting up for the installation. The two had everything completed in a span of 5 hours! We are beyond happy with their work, professionalism and kindness! Highly recommend these guys!

Dylan has been here before for installations, and again has done a wonderful job! He is friendly and communicates very well - from letting us know his arrival time, as well as what valves and parts were being replaced to complete this job. Dylan is respectful of our home and takes care to keep everything as he found it. He was very efficient as this was a time consuming, yet proactive replacement which we hope will allow us to be problem free when it comes to our plumbing system! Dylan followed through on everything that we discussed with his coworker yesterday, and he was able to help set up an alarm system and explain how to use the app. I highly recommend this company and their employees who worked collaboratively to fix some problems and improve our current system.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. Called initially with an emergency backup and the dispatcher was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We had actually called several places and they were the only ones who were pleasant to talk to and offered solutions to help. The technician, Andrew, was also amazing to work with. Incredibly professional, explained every option and step of the process, offered solutions to prevent future problems, and was overall a joy to work with (and was great with the dog). On top of the great experience, they also did it all for a great price. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Logan arrived within our requested time window and immediately began assessing an issue with our laundry drain. Along with providing an estimate for the repair, he offered several options to help prevent future problems, such as leaky faucets, without any pressure to move forward with additional work. We chose to hold off on a few items, and he fully respected that. He got started right away, was friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and successfully resolved our main issue. We’re very pleased with his professionalism and positive attitude.

Scheduled an 8–12 window. Nobody showed… plumbing can get caught up/run behind, I get it. What I don’t get is the zero communication. Called at noon and was told I was next in line. Called again when no one showed and spoke to a supervisor, who let me know their system had bumped me to a 4–6 window. First I’d heard of it. A two-minute phone call would have gone a long way. That’s the whole job. Omar, the “supervisor”, was pretty rude on the phone call and basically told me to deal with it or cancel. Won’t use again.

Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. He fixed both our garbage disposal and toilet today with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. He arrived on time, clearly explained what was going on, and walked us through our options without any pressure. Christian worked quickly but thoroughly, left everything clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such excellent customer service.

I took advantage of an annual inspection to check my hot water heater, faucets, outdoor faucets, and other valves in my house. While everything was in working order, Jim was very thorough and made some great recommendations. My home is older and while it was at code when it was built, codes have changed and new technology exists to get rid of inconveniences, like wasting a couple gallons of water to get hot water upstairs each morning and evening. So I've got some good options to ponder!

Tony gave me amazing service today and I am beyond grateful. He was incredibly kind and walked me through the situation and my options. Not only did he fix my issue quickly he also gave me piece of mind answering any other questions and concerns I had that were out of scope of the issue I was currently dealing with. I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin again and always request Tony. 10/10 experience, and very affordable straight up pricing. I needed a win today, thanks again Tony!!!
