In my opinion, this company is excellent. My repair man, Rich, came on time and immediately he made me feel comfortable. He fixed the many water breaks caused by the recent freeze. He was extremely personable and he knew his craft. I can’t explain my peace of mind knowing that everything would be fine and it was. The prices were reasonable and I’m one satisfied customer. Mr. David E. White, the owner, was personable and a pleasure to talk to. His answering machine was very interesting too. It has a most fascinating AI tape that takes messages. It was the smartest answering machine I’ve ever left a message on. So yes, I highly recommend this company.

BG&E replaced battery in my gas meter and then found a leak in pipe going into house. I spoke with David White about the problem. He was able to fit me in the next day, got the parts and had me up and running with heat within a couple hours. Very professional, on time, and not a bad price, considering. Would definitely use them again.

Our 14 year old gas boiler needed immediate attention with a fast approaching winter storm forecasted for the end of this week. We contacted David yesterday morning. He showed up at our home within a couple of hours and gave us an estimate for repairs to our boiler. David and John arrived at our home this morning and made the requisite repairs to get us back up and running. They inspected the entire system and stayed to ensure everything was functioning properly; they also made sure everything was picked up properly before departing. We are very pleased with the results and we most strongly recommend this company for your heating and plumbing needs! 👍👍

The valve stem for the hot water tap to the bath tub broke, which allowed the hot water to flow out of the faucet uncontrolled. The valve stem was made of plastic and pretty old so I wasn't surprised when it broke. I put the word out on Yelp and I chose Elite Plumbing. Even though they didn't come out when promised it didn't bother me because they sent a tech out the very next morning. My issue isn't with the work that was done, it's with charging me over $400 for less than 45 minutes of work and one part. If I could have found this part, I could have replaced it myself. That's how easy the fix was. However, when I contacted Elite about the charge, I was told it was a flat rate whether they were there one hour or 4 hours. Fine, but this should have been communicated to me BEFORE they came out. If I would have known, I would have looked for other options. So far, I have not been contacted about trying to make this right. I'll update if they do.

UPDATE, 1.5 years later. They have apparently switched to some type of AI scheduling system that is unable to make appointments or follow-up on requests. It's a pity because their service on-site was amazing. But no one wants to fight with a computer to get an appointment made.

EXCELLENT communication and service scheduled everything through email and then they reached out to me via text the day of. I wanted to get an electric anode rod replaced in my water heater since they are supposed to be replaced every 3-5 years but the electric rods last up to 20 years. I didn't want to take off time from work and they booked me for an evening appointment between 6-7 pm on a Friday. The tech showed up right on time and got to work. The procedure is relatively simple but if you run into a snag getting the rod out then it can be time consuming so I didn't want to mess with it. Less than an hour later he was done the cost was $250 which is inline with the range I was seeing online for what people paid with other places. I saw a wasps nest on my front porch as I was paying the invoice with the tech and he went to his truck and got some wasps killer for me to use.

We had to have our Sewer Line replaced in the middle of a freeze. The owner Ryan came right out and diagnosed the problem. He showed us the issues and set us up for replacement. As soon as Mother Nature got herself together, they came out. He even saved my beloved little tree. They showed up on time, and finished the same day. He and his crew were respectful of my property and neighbors. The charge was just perfect for the job that was completed. They even put grass seed down after they finished. I can't say enough about their professionalism, friendly demeanor, and finished product. The Owner's wife Ashley was the cherry on top. She helped with the billing, appointments, and my many questions. I have already referred them to my friends. Thank you Elite for restoring my plumbing, my bathrooms send their love!!!!!

Thank you to David E. White and his team for the work they did to help me with a water leak. I called on the Monday following the recent snow and ice storm. They contacted me to update on status of digging out their work trucks, and when they would be able to get to my home. I do not recall a company doing this in the past. It is usually my calling them to confirm appointments. I appreciated the time Mr. White took to do this. On the day of service, they asked many questions to see if they could pinpoint the issue. They inspected every possible source, multiple times, to see what could be causing the leak. Afterwards,, they ensured that the areas where they worked were clean. I don't think you'll find a better Plumber and team. Thank you David E. White Plumbing.

So I cannot say enough about Ryan of Elite Plumbing. First off, of the 20 plumbers we called late at night that claim to be 24/7, he's the only one that actually was. He's the only one that returned our call at 11:00 pm AND offered to come out at that time to assist. I actually told him no and we could wait until morning and there he was when the sun came up! Efficient, courteous and a local guy building a very customer focused and honest business. I've told everyone I know about him today. I cannot recommend Ryan enough and am so happy that quite by accident I stumbled across "my plumber" from here on out. Do yourself a favor and support this local young man. It's a win-win, believe me.

We hired Elite a few months ago to troubleshoot why our basement sink was constantly backing. They came out quickly and used their camera to look into the pipe to see what was going on and gave us a diagnosis. Their quote was competitive with other quotes. They were professional and really knew their stuff. What was impressive as well was their communication -- they answered questions quickly and tried to move things around to accommodate our schedule and basically were in constant communication. I waited a few months to give this review just to make sure we didn't experience another backup, and so far so good. Would definitely recommend them.

This company is great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had an emergency and the owner called me from their vacation. I was shocked. She scheduled a plumber to come out the next day. Jeremy came here and worked a solid 7 hours to resolve my problem. He was thorough and fixed the problem and the price was lower than I expected. This is the second time I have called them and both times there were fantastic! An extra shout out to Jeremy, he is really wonderful, polite and worked hard to get my pipes cleared and cleaned everything afterwards. Clearly I can't say enough about how great this company and their staff are.

I can not say enough good things about Elite Plumbing. My tankless water heater stopped working on Christmas Eve Day. I called to see if I could get it replaced, worried that no one would come on such short notice over the holidays. Ashley, answered my call and immediately dispatched Ryan. He showed up, assessed the situation, acquired a new tank, working for hours to install it AND found and fixed a small propane leak. He returned the next day to make sure the system was working. Elite Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing company moving forward. I am very impressed with this company.

I've used David E White Plumbing twice since moving to the area, they are an excellent company. They work quickly and provide high quality service. We have an older house with lots of little issues that can easily turn into big problems. John was the technician who came out last week to help, he did a fantastic job assessing the problem to repipe our laundry room drains for better flow and we love the result! Very easy to schedule, they gave me pricing up front so I knew what to expect, the work done was top notch. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs and projects.

This is a Class A operation. If I could give them ten stars I would. We had a water main replacement that was urgent and couldn't wait. Ryan, Elite plumbing's owner, came out in the middle of a job to offer a quote, and did the job that very same day! The pricing was more than reasonable, and the service was priceless. Their team worked until late in the evening and did an outstanding job. The cleanup was thorough and they were extremely courteous. Highly recommended. We finally found someone that we wouldn't hesitate to call again!

Smelly hot water? Chances are it's your Anode Rod which sits inside your water heater and need to be replaced every 3 years if your using Annapolis rusty well water... Using the upgraded electric Anode Rod is preferred for our well water here in Annapolis... This lesson was taught to me today by David E. White team and what made it even nicer that the price was more than reasonable! Third time I've used this plumber. He's always been fast, quick, responsive and always priced correctly.. Best of class for sure...
