I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Dave’s Heating & Cooling. Their technicians were knowledgeable and courteous as was their office staff. They took care of me and even replaced a part that was under warranty without me having to ask. In the past, I used another local company who strongly tried to upsell me with things I didn’t need. I highly recommend Dave’s.
These guys are absolute rock stars. Dave's installed my hvac system a few years back and it has been great. Had a Friday afternoon appointment today for a leaking hot water heater that they weren't prepared for. They had the parts available and three other techs showed up to help the first and they had it repaired and up in less than two hours. I can't say enough about their great service.
During the recent heat wave my cooling system quit working and I needed some help quickly as I have family with respiratory issues which prevent us from opening the windows. After a quick evaluation of the repairs needed I decided to replace the old heat pump and air handler. Within just a couple of days Dave's had all the necessary components and installed the new system. The service people were all knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The customer service and quality of work was outstanding.
Tried to partner with this business to have a shower faucet replacement. Only to be told they were to busy with no heating calls. I told the service department that I needed a faucet replacement she tells the technician that it’s a leak. The technician shows up at my house and says I gave the wrong information and he didn’t have time to fool with a job like this. More the less they were to busy helping the rich and I’m without a shower. The service department person said that there were holes that needed to be cut in the wall and parts that needed to be picked up. Not true because I had already bought all the parts and the new faucet which I clearly said needed to be replaced she just didn’t listen to me and told her technician whatever. The technician or Dave’s plumbing just didn’t want replace the faucet and left us without a shower. They said we can do it next week. How are we supposed to keep clean until then? Just to satisfy your technician that didn’t want to do a job. So you can get back to servicing the wealthy. I guess my business isn’t good enough for your company. Must not be enough money involved for Dave’s Plumbing.
We have an older house, so we have older pipes and plumbing. Dave's was quick to respond, made a plan to fit our older home needs, and was extremely professional. The work was completed on-time and at budget. Will use them again!
