Secondhand time hiring them! Highly recommended Hired them six years ago to replace a new sump pump. called a few to get estimates, they were the only one that will use a real sump pump instead one of those that you can get from homedepot for the same price! He showed up on time, took his time and explained what he was doing. the funny thing is, he said that the backup sump pump/pipes were connected probably by a handyman man or homeowner. when I asked him to install a new backup system he told me that he wont have time today as he has other appointment asked me to schedule another time Upon him finished, he told me, he actually re-piped everything for me. because he wanted to install it as a plumber so he uninstalled the backup pipes/sump lump and redo both the main and back up for me lol saved me a few hundred! Hired them six yrs later, this time to unclog a basement floor drain! He was polite, professional, respectful, answer your answer and know what he was doing The funny thing was, it probably took him two mins to unclog the drain but his setup time and clean up time was much longer lol Upon finished the unclogs, he asked me for towel, a bucket of water and some wipes so he can show me the pipe is unclogged + he can clean up the area Overall, they are amazing! I would hire them again but hopefully not 😊

They are simply the most responsive, professional, quality, and friendly company we’ve ever used. We will no longer use anyone else. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. We have only had Vaughn (Dave’s son) come out this far. He is the most polite and capable young man period!! I trust him. I feel comfortable having him in my home. He’s friendly but super professional. When he says he will call he calls. When he says he will show up he is there. This company is just flat out solid all around. You cannot go wrong with them. Work is done well and quickly too.

We knew we were in for a big and complex job—especially with our house being on a slab. After getting several quotes, we decided to go with Dave, and we’re so glad we did. I needed a hot water heater installed. Dave Deutsch came recommended by a local real estate agent I've worked with as someone that has a good reputation in the neighborhood. They weren't the cheapest I could find, but very close, still much cheaper than most, but combined with being highly recommended I decided to give him a chance. He was able to quickly accommodate us, and did professional work. I had some concerns which were not related to any fault of his, but he was still quickly responsive and stood by his work. He takes his reputation very serious and will ensure that you are satisfied. His good ratings and reputation is very well deserved. I would highly recommend him.
