“Not honest about repairs , had to hire another plumber to inspect what this company quoted. Technician from Dandy stated that I need 3000 of piping repair. In reality the whole problem was the wax ring on the toilet. Beware”
“My wife and I own a townhouse in Orland that we rent. Our tenant called Dandy because of an issue with the 1st floor 1/2 bath toilet. The handle needed to be pushed down very hard for it to flush. No leaks, nice clean toilet, just hard to flush. Dandy came out, inspected and quoted him $450 to replace the tank or $900 for a new toilet. My tenant paid them a $59.00 inspection fee and said he would have to contact me …”
