We are new to the area. We started with another Heating andAir Company to do regular check up. They could not come out for about 2 months. It was real important or us to get the heat checked out before we got cold weather. Cumberland Comfort Pros got us schedule quickly and did our check up. We were so happy we became one of their maintenance customers. Due to that we had them come back out and quote us a tank less water heater and run gas lines for us. They went over and beyond and did an amazing job. We are so happy they are coming back out to do another big project for us. Pricing and Quality were great!
Josh Miller did an excellent job, very professional and friendly. Their technicians were friendly and patient answering all my questions and concerns. Arrived on time. Highly recommend.
We had to replace our hvac unit. Josh came out and did a wonderful job working with us, helping us get ours working until we were able to replace our unit. Richard and Kenny came out, did the job in one day. Also found some electrical issues that saved us from potential further issues. Would highly recommend cumberland comfort pros
We contacted Cumberland Comfort Pros after we had another company in town come out and "fix" the problem with our unit. They came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new prefab pad, leveling out our unit, and duct cleaning. I could not be happier with the job they did. It was fixed correctly the first time. Very professional, and we will be calling them in the future for any other issues.
Caleb and Cameron actually showed up early for appointment to clean heating ducts. Both were professional, curteous and hard working! All I had to do, is watch them work. I highly recommend Cumberland Comfort Pros!
