“I had Mr. Causey do a little job for me about a year ago, he replaced the fixture in the kitchen sink.......he did a real good job. last week I ran into a problem with the toilet in my master bathroom, it had to be replaced with one that sat higher...long story short....he NEVER called me back to make arrangements to pick up the toilet that I "bought & paid for" and install it in the master bath. I guess my money …”
