Craftsman Plumbing

Zach was prompt, polite, wore shoe protection, explained everything he checked out and gave us an estimate for replacing our vintage taps on 2 sinks. We need to select our replacement taps but I’m confident that we will be pleased with their service.

Along with being a knowledgeable plumber, our Craftsman plumber Zach has top-notch customer service skills. He was respectful of our home and the work I’d done to improve it. I felt comforted and encouraged by the whole-home plumbing assessment; he complimented my efforts on previous projects and gave me expert tips for future ones. I had Zach come out to help with a project that felt outside of my skill level. True to Craftsman’s value of empowered decision making, Zach showed me how he’d fix the issue, even letting me handle the tool he’d use. He gave his full confidence that I could complete the project, given what he’d already seen of my work. He praised me as “mechanical,” and it absolutely made my day. I’m so grateful to Zach, not just for saving me money on a project I can DIY, but also for acknowledging the skills I’ve built and helping me further my journey in home repair. Also, I have to give a shoutout to Kerry and Kayla for their help with scheduling and coordinating. They were warm, supportive, and efficient. Everything about my experience with Craftsman was delightful.

Edit 2/20/26: We had a water pipe burst in our kitchen, Craftsman Plumbing sent out Zach to take a look at the offending plumbing and give us a quote on repairs/replacements right away. Again Zach was friendly, professional, and respectful. The damaged plumbing was fixed w/in 24hrs of our first meeting. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone in the future, and intend to use them for any future plumbing needs. Jan 2026: Monty was friendly, professional, and respectful. We first reached out to Craftsman plumbing for a new water heater, they soon after sent Monty out to assess our current situation, provide estimates, and discuss what the project would entail. They were then able to get us scheduled with in a month (during the holiday season). While Monty was in our house he was always respectful. He completed the job quickly and other than a new furnace and his card left no trace of his visit. If we require any future plumbing or water work we will be requesting Monty for the work.

I was recommended Craftsman by a friend after experiencing issues with my sewage ejection pump and the experience exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Cameron was super knowledgeable and generously shared his time and tutelage. After having received a very expensive bid from another company, Craftsman came in with a wayyyy more reasonable quote. Cameron broke everything down in terms even a lay person like myself could understand and I came away with a much greater understanding of the issue and of my entire system. He replaced the fittings with a much higher quality option which will be much more resilient and longer lasting. I would highly recommend Craftsman (and Cameron if you’re lucky) for anything plumbing related! Below are some before and after pictures

Craftsman redid my water main entrance and added a mechanical valve. Cameron was super friendly, on time, diligent and did a brilliant job with the retrofit.
