Jeff is Wonderful! He helped me with my emergency plumbing snaking need and got it done in a timely manner! Professional and good at what he does! Will definitely use his services again!

Our water heater started spraying water out of it on Tuesday evening. I called Jeff Wednesday morning, explained the situation, and he made his recommendation to replace our dated unit. We had a new water heater and hot water before 3pm that day. Jeff was responsive and pleasant to work with. Even when I felt like I was being annoying, he did not seem annoyed. His price was reasonable and he was very clear in his communication of what to expect. I will absolutely be using him again for all my plumbing needs.

Jeff the owner of Cox Plumbing is amazing at what he does. My Plumbing is 70 years old and outdated and Jeff was very professional helping with removing a very stubborn clog that caused my basement sink to back up with sewage. I have a very happy family who now is able to use the shower and run water as needed thanks to Jeff! Please be patient with him as he is a very busy man and a one man show. HE IS definitely worth the wait! He was very educational on telling me what pipes needed to be replaced along with how he would handle replacing them. He is a master of his craft and I look forward in knowing that he is our neighborhood plumber and Available when needed!

We have used Cox plumbing for 16 years and have found them to be reasonable in terms of price and reliable. I really like how they stand by their work. There are less plumbers now, so Jeff is really busy handling all the service calls he gets. But we really appreciated that he took care of replacing our water heater on Friday of a holiday weekend, which was really kind of him. People can trust the work that he will do for them. Might need a little patience since he is so busy, but that in itself is a good sign. He is busy for a reason.

I called Jeff at midnight, I had a tree root clog in my basement drain. Water was backing up into my basement everytime we used the toilet or sink. I called him at 12 he was here by 1230. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He worked very hard and got the job done fast. Thank you Jeff for your fast response and hard work. We will definitely be using your services again!
