They sent out their technician Jeremy. He fixed the toilet float and handle for us. He was great discussed plan and gave price before we started. Showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely use in the future

Gentry was personable and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix our issue. He was polite and made sure everything looked good (and clean) before he left. He patiently answered questions and made sure we felt comfortable calling him if we saw any issues later. Will definitely call Copper Peaks Plumbing if we need any other help!

Copper Peaks did an outstanding job installing a new heating and air conditioning system for us. The price was fair and the install was top notch. Nick and Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Five Stars!

This dealer installation of this system did a horrible installation on the Goodman 96% gas furnace and 3 ton A/C which was installed in July 2025 the manual clearly was not reviewed prior to installation! This was installed in a crawlspace, so it was a horizontal left side down installation. The company was here about 8-9 hours to complete it. After we paid the next day I discovered 6 issues I wanted corrected. From a patch put on the return duct and 16x25 filter rack which I couldn’t remove the filter from and so the majority of the return air was being drawn from the crawlspace instead of the 3 return registers on the main floor. They did come back and fixed those items. I did replace the return duct they put in and put in a new 16x25 filter rack with a door which the company reimbursed me for parts plus my time which I didn’t expect. The A/C worked great the rest of the summer. Now to when I started using the heat, we started having issues with leaking condensate so I looked at the installation manual they did not put the 1/2 to3/4 inch tilt to front for proper condensate drain (they offered to fix I declined and I fixed). They didn't elevate the furnace 5 1/2 inches from the floor as per manual so condensate P trap could be installed under the furnace for proper drainage it was only lifted 4 1/2 inches! So I assume this is why the installer didn't put it on instead he ran the condensate drain hoses into 3/4 inch PVC pipe to drain from flue which releases carbon monoxide gas and case so the P trap is required as per installation manual. They did offer to come out again and fix these issues they did order a P trap which I’ll install, they offered to fix but I refused to allow them back to fix anything else. With all the issues I found on this installation this causes good products to prematurely fail giving Goodman a bad name! They also didn't register the items they installed and I checked 2 months later and they didn't so I lost 1/2 the warranty they said they would cover the full warranty. I will say every issue I found the company did offer to send people out to fix but I expected a quality installation and as a home owner I shouldn’t have been the one to find all of these issues, this is what I paid them for. I'm a little gun shy about letting them fix any other issues I find. I'll figure it out. Definitely not what we paid for. Being senior citizens and I'm able to figure things out, I definitely would not recommend getting a furnace system installed by this company. I also found several more issues again listed for a horizontal install. Condensate drains not relocated for horizontal installation!!!

We have been Copper Peaks customers for a few years now. We transitioned in from another provider who had a low-cost AMC, but who pressurized their technicians to sell to customers. The Copper Peaks office staff is proactive in working with us to schedule our in-plan maintenance visits, and they are also very responsive when it comes to scheduling support when we have emergencies. We love that during their maintenance visits, the Copper Peak techs are focused on maintaining our HVAC and Plumbing systems, extending longevity of our heater, water heater, ac, and plumbing, and educating us on basics of how to care for and extend the life of our systems. For the quality of maintenance service they provide, their pricing is great. We also had our water heater, heater, a couple of new toilets, and split AC installed by them. Their pricing was very competitive. They have great financing options. They did thorough work. Brady was very informative and his team, Juan, Al, Nick, and others, did a great job with our installations. Our old provider had caused a break in our ductwork while cleaning out the ducts. John was prompt and efficient is assessing what needed to be done and in completing the task. They always leave our space tidied up and clean. And their team is always courteous, professional, and geared towards truly helping their customers.

If we could give a 10 star review, we absolutely would. We had an appointment with Antonio P. on 11/13/25 for a gas line pressure test. He arrived on time and was super friendly. He was very professional and explained the process and answered the questions we had. It turns out that we did have a leak in our gas line. He told us that we would need to make another appointment to find the leak and he gave us an up front price of $150. But what he did next absolutely shocked us. Instead of making us go through that whole process and paying for another appointment, he rearranged his schedule and found the leaks that day at no extra cost. We have an appointment with Antonio this week to make the repairs to our gas line. He provided us with a detailed quote and gave us a great price. Because of Antonio, we are now faithful returning customers and will use Copper Peaks for all of our plumbing needs. 10/10, highly recommended!!

Was referred to this company by my son and daughter, who had had some work done previously by them and we’re very happy. I left a voicemail for Brady, the owner, and even though he was traveling in Europe, he returned my call promptly. He was kind enough to make arrangements for me to schedule an appointment with their scheduler Mikayla, who is also an absolute pleasure to work with. They had me on the schedule in a couple of days. The day of the appointment I had something come up. I asked Mikayla if there’s any way we could make the appointment a little earlier. The plumber who was going to do the job called me within a few minutes is that he’d have no trouble adjusting his schedule. We had the work finished promptly. It was done very professionally and at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend this company.

Viron from Copper Peaks Plumbing provided fast, excellent service as part of my bathroom renovation. He came early, completed the job, gave me some good advice for next steps, and left a clean workplace. I will certainly be using Copper Peaks again as my go-to plumbing service! UPDATE: Today, Zeke came out for finishing touches on the bathroom project and everything is good to go! I called on Wed., and got appt for Fri. Estimate was reasonable, and work got done then and there! Super fast, efficient, great communication, and again, Zeke cleaned up area before taking off. Very professional service and when I need plumbing help again, I know who to call.

Was incredibly nervous and stressed about my floor drain “issue”. Expecting to cost thousands. Zeke was great at talking to me like a human, but not talking down to me explained what he thought was the issue and went out to his truck to grab some “magic fairy dust“ and a bucket of hot water. Not five minutes later the drain was flowing freely! He also told me what I should keep an eye open for and what I could do for future maintenance. All that no extra charge other than the initial callout fee. Thank you SO MUCH for taking that stress off Zeke and Copper Peaks Plumbing!

I cannot say enough good things about Nick and Kenyatta from Copper Peaks! They handled our full HVAC installation and were absolutely phenomenal. They got the entire job done in just two days, and the quality of the work is incredibly clean and professional. Throughout the whole process, they were highly communicative, kept me updated on everything, and were a pleasure to have around. If you need HVAC work done right, fast, and cleanly, ask for Nick and Kenyatta. Highly recommend!

Antonio arrived early to the house and quickly went to work. He found the incoming water pressure regulator to be defective and the house water pressure to be above the normal psi levels. He also diagnosed a bad expansion tank at the water heater. It was full of water, likely due to the high water pressure. He was able to replace the old regulator and install a new expansion tank after a quick trip to the supply house. Great customer skills and knows his trade well.

Gentry was amazing! He worked tirelessly to try to get the gas meter back on properly since the first installer put it on incorrectly. He took extra time to explain all of the work that had been done and why each alteration had been made. Jeremy was also incredible. He made a special trip back to my home after hours from Eagle Mountain to inspect the install and assist with the gas meter. I was super impressed with both of them, their efforts and professionalism!

John showed up on time, professional, quick, and kept us in the loop about what he was doing throughout the process. I decided to go ahead with their membership plan, which offers a lot of value. So, he came in for a furnace tune up and I ended up getting dependable guys who'll be there when we need them in the future for all things plumbing related. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the whole experience. Today feels like I hit a homeowner milestone!

Copper Peaks is my go to for everything HVAC and plumbing. They offer highly qualified technicians, transparent and fair pricing, and communication is easy. I never felt upsold by Copper Peaks. I have used them for installing a new bathroom, repairing an HVAC system that was installed incorrectly by anther company, fixing drainage repairs, and troubleshooting leak issues. There is nobody I would trust more on the Wasatch front than Copper Peak.

Gentry was very professional. He came out to service my hot water heater and you did a whole house, plumbing inspection. Did some things for free and had to do one thing that cost money because I had a leak in the issue. It took care of everything I wholeheartedly recommend them. They have a great Daniel program to do your air-conditioning heater and water heater maintenance, which includes a full plumbing inspection and a few other things.
