“Was incredibly nervous and stressed about my floor drain "issue". Expecting to cost thousands. Zeke was great at talking to me like a human... Not five minutes later the drain was flowing freely! He also told me what I should keep an eye open for and what I could do for future maintenance. All that no extra charge other than the initial callout fee.”

“Gentry was amazing! He worked tirelessly to try to get the gas meter back on properly since the first installer put it on incorrectly. Jeremy was also incredible. He made a special trip back to my home after hours from Eagle Mountain to inspect the install and assist with the gas meter.”

“This dealer installation of this system did a horrible installation on the Goodman 96% gas furnace and 3 ton A/C which was installed in July 2025 the manual clearly was not reviewed prior to installation! This was installed in a crawlspace, so it was a horizontal left side down installation. The company was here about 8-9 hours to complete it. After we paid the next day I discovered 6 issues I wanted corrected. …”
