Scheduling with Kendra was easy and timely. She listened to find out the reason I was calling about. Kevin called prior to coming to our home. He pumped and inspected our septic tank, and took the time to answer all questions. Kevin was professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company for future maintenance or problems., I highly recommend this company. Thank you for such great service!

Does not return calls. Rude staff who says they can't hear you then complains you're too loud.

They messed up my appointment date then I had to wait another week for service. When they arrived they refused to wear masks in my house. They left, saying they'd send someone who could mask, then told me later that it'd be another 2 weeks before they could fit me in. No thanks.

The Art League of Marion sponsors The Hungry Mother Festival every summer, always the third (full) weekend in July. We have trusted Complete Plumbing of Abingdon for the past 4 years to provide porta-lets for our festival. WE RECEIVE SO MANY COMPLIMENTS FOR THE PORTA-LETS! Never in our years of running a festival have we EVER been complimented for the porta-let's...(who does?) These compliments come from Attendees AND Vendors. Our Vendors tell us that of all the festivals they attend -ours are the cleanest ports-lets they have every experienced. Complete Plumbing are just that, complete, complete with delivery, maintaining, and pick-up. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Every year people are amazed that each unit appears to be brand new. They are that clean. Thank you to all the staff!

Complete Plumbing Septic & Drain is a great company to work with if you have a plumbing job that needs to be done! My Aunt needed a plumber and I called several plumbers prior to calling Complete Plumbing and she did not get a returned call any of them. With Complete Plumbing, it was the exact opposite. They returned a call and responded right away. These guys are great! They sent (Jacob and Rick) out to take a look. They were very professional and polite. They did a stellar job with repairing her tub and shower. They did the job right and went the extra mile! Great communication, prompt service, and easy to schedule. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely seek the services of Complete Plumbing again. Thank you!

The company is great. They put in a riser and pumped out the septic tank a few months ago, quality work at an affordable price. Very early this morning the main water feed to the house (4 foot below grade) broke and the water was coming into the basement. Turned the supply off and call them and left a message around 745am. Talked to them at 815ish and they were here by 850am. There was more digging than a shovel could get to so they went get what they needed to get the job done. Long story shorter, they came back got it all fixed (very professionally) and we were back with water by 1230. Just a great team that does great work!!

We called and spoke with Kendra to set up our appointment. We weren’t sure if it was an emergency situation or not so they went on standby to come next day if needed! It wasn’t an emergency so we made an appointment. Zac came out to find our septic (which he did in about 10 seconds). I was not home when he came but we communicated by phone about the issues we had concerns about. Zac made a great recommendation to solve the problem and finished the job within a couple of hours (including a parts run). We are thrilled with the results and they will be my go to business in the future.

Was recommended by a competitor, I called but there was no answer and the voicemail was full. They said to text Zach Crosswhite and he'd take care of me. He read my message at 1pm then replied at almost 9pm and said he would call me the next morning. He never called so i texted him 3 days later to let him know that I Didn't appreciate him not calling me back. He tried to say his secretary called me 2 days later but there was no calls or voicemails from this company. If you need work done I suggest going any other route then these guys.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but these guys are the real deal and just wanted to say they do a great job! Very professional willing to explain what the issue is and of course fix it the right way. Kind and customer oriented and do a great job even when they are busy and in high demand. Thanks for the work you’ve done to make our plumbing work for us!!!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Abingdon area. They were quick to come out to pump our septic. They also flagged an issue with how our pump tank plumbing was configured, which would have eventually caused problems. We had them back out to correct the issue, which was done quickly and professionally.

I had my septic tank pumped on 5/20/24, by this company & I found them to be very efficient. This was the first time I had used them, but I will be a repeat customer. Kevin, the young man man that pumped my tank was very friendly, courteous & very efficient. I would certainly recommend this company.

These guys are very good at what they do, very professional and courteous. As a result, they were booked up. They put me on their waiting list and got me in asap. They saved me a ton of money. And now, since I am an existing customer, they come right out when needed. I would highly recommend.
