Scott was amazing. He was prompt, professional, and communicated with me start to finish. Above and beyond. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Strongly recommend. Also...Nicole was terrific! She worked with me to find the service time that met my needs, and she was courteous and professional.
Professional and wasnt trying to charge for every little thing. Took the time to diagnose and fix the problem. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond with meticulous care. Highly recommend Sebastian. Great communication as well. He is respectful and thorough. Great company!
Another great install by team: Jenell & Omar to assist with me "Project Upgrade". They were on time, professional, thorough, helpful and went above the call to get the install of 2 more fandeliers. Thank you for assisting me with the continual upgrades to my home.
I contacted Comfort Wave for a ceiling fan installation in a standard bedroom with an 8-foot ceiling. I understand that every company has its own pricing model and that additional work, such as installing a fan-rated box if necessary, can increase the cost. However, after obtaining estimates from four different companies, Comfort Wave’s quote of $382 was by far the highest I received. It was several times the cost of the ceiling fan itself and significantly above the other estimates I obtained for the same project. As a homeowner, I don’t expect the cheapest price, but I do expect pricing that feels fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, this estimate left me struggling to understand the value being offered for the cost and ultimately caused me to lose confidence in using Comfort Wave for not only this project but any future electrical, HVAC, or plumbing needs. The disappointing part is that I prefer to build long term relationships with service providers and would have gladly considered Comfort Wave for other home projects. Instead, this experience led me to look elsewhere and will influence my recommendations to friends and family. My advice to other homeowners is simple: always obtain multiple estimates before making a decision.
New Update 3/19/26 (My older reviews below) Quentin and Payne came out and did a removal of a cracked PVC pipe that carried all waste water from our kitchen. It had been cracked and flooding the yard, but that was a problem these two guys could handle easily. They quickly dug up the pipe, located the problem area, and then ran a quick snake down the line to clear any dirt and debris that had also gotten in the line. After that, they cut off the affected section, and replaced it, and fixed it pretty quickly. In about 2 hours time they had everything like new again. Its good services and continual great experiences with this company and the staff they employ that will always make Comfort Wave my first person to call for anything I need handled around the house. Highly recommend. 10/10! (My older reviews below this line) ******************************************* Scott came out did the electric inspection And said he absolutely was impressed with how great our electrical system was, having a Tesla powerwall and solar panels. He did a lookover of our electrical and didnt find any concerns. He was very pleasant and kind to everyone here. Would absolutely recommend him and the company he works for! Becca called us to schedule our fall heating and electrical inspection for our annual membership with the company. Thus far it has been an amazing experience with this company! Christopher Cutting came out Friday and tried his darnedest to get parts covered thru manufacturers warranty, but Reliance Water Heaters doesn't pay out their POs so no retailer will provide parts. After a trip to el reno from hinton, then back, he couldn't get Ace to cover the parts because of Reliant. So I had to source the parts myself. (No issue) I had to have them re schedule to come back out Monday the 15th of September. He finally got us up and going. Both elements replaced and the T&P valve replaced. He turned it on then left. This is where he went above and beyond. After 30 minutes I started to try the hot water, and for whatever reason (I didnt know at the time) we couldn't get any hot or cold out of the kitchen faucet. I started messaging him. He stopped his lunch to come back and show me a little calcium in the line clogged my kitchen sink filter. He fixed it, and then was off again. He carried himself with a good sense of humor and helpfulness, so my wife and I decided to sign up for their annual service to do preventative checks on major systems at the house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thanks Chris!
