David is a real warrior. My sink suddenly got clogged, do I poured a drain cleaner in and thought that would fix my issue. Instead of the sink draining out, water started filling in. David arrived a little after 1pm and continued working for around 4 hours. He wouldn't give up. He snaked the drain probably 5-6 times before it fully opened/unclog. He replaced the garbage disposal because the one I had was leaking from the bottom during this whole ordeal. Thank you David for all the hard work you did and for not being upset when my dog occasionally came by you to watch the progress.

During a holiday week when what can go wrong, will go wrong; our water heater decided it didn't want to work properly anymore. I called Coast, and even though they didn't have a technician working, Aaron Wright THE OWNER came out to diagnose the issue, grab the parts from the shop and fixed the broken part of the heating element. Talk about service, professionalism and class! The Wrights know how to treat their clients and go above and beyond when others wouldn't. Coast Plumbing should be your plumbing solutions for any size job!

I had Coast Plumbing do a simple job recently. I don't want to get into all the details but what I will say is that they are very over priced. You may want to get a few estimates before going with Coast. I had no issue with the quality of the work performed.... The cost was absurd though.

Jerry that works for Coast Plumbing lied to me. He said I needed a $3000 water heater and I had my friend come to look at the water heater. i told him I'm not paying that much money. My son talked to him on the phone and told to him leave my house. My son told me to go to Home Depot. I went to Home Depot bought a water heater for 795. and We came back and found out nothing was wrong with my original water heater. So as far I'm concerned they tried to rip me off. I'm out $795 for a new water heater that I didn't need. Be warned. s

I've lived on the Central Coast for 12 years now and it's heaven on earth. The biggest disadvantage of living here is that handymen, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, gate and HVAC repairmen are few and far between where I am, and those who are here are frequently unreliable or otherwise dysfunctional. Despite the fact that I pay promptly and I am courteous to all, there is just something about local service people in our area. I have been ghosted by people who've done work for me, can't get calls returned, or I'm told that someone can't be over here "until we happen to be in your area" which, in some cases, can be weeks. That's why I'm thrilled to tell you of my great experiences with Coast Plumbing Solutions. Junior is top-notch. Knows his stuff. He's available on relatively short notice. Always shows up on time. Charges fairly. Takes credit cards. Follows up. These seem like reasonable expectations, but Coast Plumbing Solutions is truly a rare bird around here. If you're like me, constantly looking for recommendations for service pros on the Central Coast, only to be disappointed time and time again (I'm looking at YOU, DL Electric!), you will absolutely LOVE Coast Plumbing Solutions.

I recently had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Coast Plumbing Solutions, and the service was excellent from start to finish. After requesting quotes from several local companies, Coast was the first to respond—not with an automated text, but with a personal phone call. The owner, Katie, was incredibly polite and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She quickly scheduled a site inspection to accurately assess the job. Their technician, Wallace, arrived for the inspection and was both respectful and thorough. Shortly after, they provided a very reasonable quote that clearly outlined the scope of work. On the day of installation, Wallace arrived promptly after calling ahead. He was professional and did an immaculate job with the installation and the removal of our old unit. Before leaving, he tested the system and ensured I understood all of its features. For the past two months, my family and I have had consistent hot water ever since the installation. We will definitely be contacting Coast Plumbing Solutions for any future needs and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors in the area!

Called coast plumbing to fix the water line going from my kitchen sink to the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. They came out promptly and on time. Where I have a problem is when Mario gave me the estimate it was for $420. I've gotten estimates before and usually they give you an estimate on worst case scenario and if it is significantly less work, most companies will not charge you the full estimate. From the moment he showed up and looked at everything and then having to run to the store and get parts and then come back and fix it was less than an hour (total work took him about 15 minutes). When I asked if it was still going to be $420 he said "yes that is how an estimate works." I was pretty disappointed and feel ripped off. I will not be using or recommending coast plumbing from now on. Talking to a few other people after the fact, they told me that their prices are extremely high. Save money and go with another plumbing company.

I called Coast on the recommendation of a neighbor who used them on the recommendation of another neighbor. Always a good sign when there is positive word of mouth. As mentioned in another review, service workers in SYV are very hard to schedule. Same for dog groomers, gardners, etc. Often calls go unreturned. The experience with Coast started right from the initial call. Someone actually answered the phone. The scheduler took my info, was polite and efficient. I received a text confirming my appointment. Very professional. JR showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and installed our faucet. He even did a chemical check on our water and gave us info on various water filtration systems. The chaerge was higher than my experience with plumbers in Orange County where we moved from, but seems on par with prices here in God's Country.

Wow. These guys are on it! I wish we had service like this in LA. You call them up and they treat you like a long lost friend. They schedule appointments with precision and they are reasonable two hour windows! Tiffany takes charge and sends you an intro to your service person before they arrive with a picture. Our tech, Jose, was neat, well groomed and friendly. He assessed the situation gave us our options. We discussed a replacement of our current water heater and when we decided to go for it -- he was able to replace it right then. He told us it would take 3 hours and it did! He reminded us we had six years warranty. So easy and so efficient. For other companies we've called they always show at the very end (or after) the window, for these guys they were spot on!

Thank you Mark for all of your hard work on the tub to shower remodel. Your customer service went above and beyond what has unfortunately become common place in our society. You kept me in the loop being distant from the job and you made sure Jack was happy with as well. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate you Mark. As well, I would like to thank the owner Katie and all of our phone conversations, pictures and emails back and forth. There were some complications due to damage product sent at no fault of Coast Plumbing Solutions but, Katie made sure to make things right and was sincerely concerned about the job completed to our expectations. If you are looking for a top notch company and a hard working employee I recommend Coast Plumbing Solutions 100%.

I work for a fairly large plumbing company in the Northern California area and needed some help with changing out a water heater on a multi family project we did over a year ago, with a water heater that wasn’t working properly. So we initially hired another company to do the work. They failed us miserably. And after 3 days of not getting the job done I had reached out to Coast Plumbing for help. Charlene jumped through hoops and rearranged their schedule to accommodate us and make it happen that day. The customer service was impeccable. And the technicians, David and Jose were constantly keeping us in the loop as to the status of their work. We will absolutely use them again for any out of town needs.

I've used Coast Plumbing for quite a few years now and am very pleased with them. Mark and Carlos were here recently and, as always, they arrived on time, were pleasant and competent. They always provide an estimate before proceeding, are always clean and courteous and observe Covid protocols. Tiffany is great about scheduling and making sure that everyone in the household as well as her team is well before appointments. When Mark installed a new faucet for me, he even touched up the grout around the installation. I highly recommend Coast Plumbing Solutions. I've used plumbers who charge less but the work wasn't as professional. Angie G

I've been putting off calling a plumber for a whistle in my toilet when I flush. I knew it likely needed new guts (valve and flapper) after 12 years. I picked Coast because of good Yelp reviews. I scheduled a same-day appointment right on their website, received a text confirmation within 1/2 hour, and Jerry showed up right on time. The repair was a bit more than I expected, but he was polite, knowledgeable, wore booties without being asked, and neat. And, hey, it is Santa Barbara. He fixed it in about 1/2 hour, and I expect it to last another 12 years. Coast is now my Plumber of Choice.

My lever that diverts the water from my bathtub to my shower broke off. Charlene , the office manager, took all my information and did some legwork for me. She found out the Moen stands behind their work for a lifetime if still the original owner and has not been tampered with. Charlene got it taken care of. Moen is sending the new faucet to my house in 7. - 10 days. Then Coast Plumbing Solutions will come and install it! Thank you!!!! You guys went over above! I glad I didn’t have to pay for the new faucet! Thank you Charlene again!
