“Today, I called to make an appointment. Adam was the person who serviced the kitchen drain for me. He was nice and went right to work. I was very impressed that he said to keep my receipt because they give a warranty of 1 year. I feel confident in the quality of work performed and the cleanliness he kept the place while doing the job!”

“Second time I've had to use them. The wait time I was given was considerably larger then the time it took Adam to come out. When he showed up he was nice, knowledgeable, and fast. Also, with how much prices have shot up in the last 3 years, I think a price increase of only $50 for a root clean out is amazing.”

“I prefer supporting local businesses but they have very strict hours. I would have had to take a half day off of work to use them. It was not an emergency and it could have been done any day. Would not make a 4:30 appointment - latest was 2:00. No Saturday hours.”

We were completely willing to pay them to do the work but according to him they couldn’t do it. How does it make sense to charge $40 to say you can’t do the work requested?
