They showed up not prepared at all. They didn’t have a shovel so we had to go find one. All they did with the shovel was dig a shallow hole and then covered it back up and told us they could continue digging but just the digging would cost us $500. We told them we would get it dug. So they said “well that will be $115, call us if you need us after you get it dug” Now we are left with a clogged toilet, tub and sink.
A week ago Friday we found ourselves without Hot water. My parents are in their 80's, NY dad 89 or he would have been able to care for this himself. He asked the service man if he thought they needed a new water heater. No, your water heater is fine. It was supposed to be a problem with as hose and a pin leak causing about (2) hours to repair since he didn't have the part and needed his boss to bring it to him. Bill about $274.00. They left and surprise no hot water. Next day they returned talked it over and my dad agreed on a new water heater. That was Changed out and a bill on a piece of paper was slipped into our mailbox. Not even a house call to explain the $749.00 bill, no warranty indicated in writing or about the water heater. I called, Eric he will not present a warranty on the purchase of the water heater to support the (6) year warranty. Said it's not needed. He has refused to return calls since.
They were up front about the cost, completed the work in a timely manor. Very polite.
