I needed to have 2 shower faucets replaced. One shower was finished with an access door to the valve. The other shower was in the process of being redone. I called 2 other plumbers that were recommended on Facebook. Both gave me prices which I thought were high. I looked on Yelp and Google and found Chase Plumbing. I talked to Michelle and explained what I needed done. She explained their pricing and gave me a rough estimate. With plumbing you never know what you may run into until you start. I thought it was a very fair price so I booked them. They showed up for the appointment on time. Michael did a great job. The only flaw was a small miscommunication, which was probably my fault, and the trim was not completed. I called Michelle and she said no problem. I will get him back there today. He did come back and complete it. When I called about the bill it actually came in under the estimate. I would not hesitate to use Chase Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

We have used Chase several times now and they are Awesome!! All of the guys are fast, efficient, friendly and very respectful of property. Michelle is the Best too and so helpful!

Chase Plumbing is the best Plumbing company on the beach. They are always prompt, professional and deliver quality service at an affordable price. Don't waste your time on other services, get it right the first time with Chase.

They were called to repair a broken customer shut-off valve at the curb. The technician spent approximately 50 minutes on-site doing repair and then left for approximately 1 hour to go get a part and then only about 30 minutes installing it. The company charged for the time that technician went hunting for part. Have never had a plumber leave and charge for the time. Charge was for three hours with only about 80 minutes to do the repair. Paid the bill but believe everyone should know about this. I will never use this company again and recommend you be very careful before you do.

After getting extremely frustrated with the plumber contracted to perform warranty work at our new home, I called Chase Plumbing with an emergency well after working hours on a Wednesday night. Not only did they respond to me immediately, but they explained the issue, made the repair, and left me a very happy customer. Our service technician, Mike, explained the charges to me and there were no surprises. Even with an after-hours call, the price was fair and the service was excellent. Will be using Chase Plumbing for all future work at our home. A+++
