I own a rental house in Cedar Park and I had an emergency with a couple of projects that needed to be fixed ASAP. First, my water heater is in the attic and my tenant informed me that there was no hot water in the whole house. The second problem was that when the tenant flushed the toilet there was water backing up to the bathtub. He tried to use the plunger to see if he could get the toilet unclogged but after spending almost an hour trying to unclog it he finally gave up. All this happened over the weekend and I was out of town. I needed a plumber ASAP cause the tenant had some visitors and he was already frustrated. After calling multiple plumbing companies in the area nobody was available or they simply did not pick up the phone. Finally, I found Cedar Park Plumbers and I was surprised they picked up the phone at 8pm on a Saturday. I explained what was going on and within 30 minutes they sent a plumber out to my property. He took pictures of the water heater and sent them to me explaining that it was an old unit and needed to be replaced. My water heater has an expansion tank and he gave me a detailed explanation of why I needed another expansion tank. After that, he ran a camera to find the problem of the clogged line and found some tree roots in the sewer line. The toilet paper could not go through and got stuck causing the clog. He read his machine to remove the roots and unclogged the line. He told me that that was a temporary solution but once you have roots in the pipe they will grow again to the point where they can brake the pipe much worse. Anyways, he had a brand new water heater and also installed it and the same night he fixed the 2 problems that were causing stress. I’m very very grateful to Cedar Park Plumbers for their availability and for helping me solve these 2 problems. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment with this company almost a week prior to the date they were suppose to arrive. The service was to fix a leaky toilet. This was for a rental property. My tenant agreed to take off from work to meet the plumbers there. On the scheduled date and time, no one arrived. About an hour after the scheduled time, I called, and after several attempts I got in touch with them. Excuses were given as to why they could not make it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. A phone call to reschedule would have been appropriate in this situation. If you schedule an appointment with someone, and they are waiting at a location for you, keep your appointments, or at least have the courtesy to call and let us know you cannot make it.

Needed a pretty important fix for a pressure release valve that was leaking in my front yard. The leak was bad enough that it was making my front yard muddy. Scheduled an appointment with a technician and they blew me off. No show, no response to my texts.

I found this company on google to flush my tankless water heater. I reached out and they connected me to a plumber. One of the men came to our house and brought another employee too. The main person took the payment and left the employee to do the work. I asked for an invoice and he didn’t give me anything at all. The employee who was left to do the work was inexperienced. The employee “did his job” and left. I don’t know anything about flushing the water heater so I was trusting these guys to do the work right. After the employee left, half of my house was not getting hot water anymore. I tried to contact the main guy who didn’t answer until the next day. I figured out that the employee had turned off a switch and didn’t turn it back on. I fixed that myself as it was simple enough. The employee also ended up leaving the pipes leaking on two sides of our house causing dripping and leakage in the walls and into my house. I found water all over my garage floor and in my living room seeping in from where the water heaters are located. The leaking water caused damage to the floorboards. I messaged the main guy again to have him check the water heaters to make sure nothing else was messed up. He came to our house and instead of checking the problem he got upset that I was pointing out what was wrong. He did not check anything and stormed off. I haven’t been able to reach anyone at the company or the people who actually came to do the work. Disappointed in the quality of service. I hired people because I didn’t know how to do the job myself, but they left me with more work to do and caused damage.

Ivran was great. He was very friendly and respectful and shared with us a lot of good information. I'm very meticulous about any person I hire to help take care of my house. I ask a lot of questions to see if they explain in great detail what they going to do to fix the problem, I also value punctuality and responsiveness. The next tine I call this plumbing company I will ask for Ivran to be the technician assigned to my house. The problem we had was a leaking pipe in the kitchen sink. He gave us a couple options for how to best fix the leak. He explained which one he thought was the best way to go about it but let us make the decision. When we decided which option we’d prefer, he was quick, and got to work promptly. He fixed it in an hour. Besides fixing the plumbing issue, he helped us connect a dishwasher that was also causing problems. That was not part of the repair we called for but he helped us anyway. Overall, we're pleased, and would recommend this plumbing company to anyone in Cedar Park or Leander.

They were prompt to assist us. We are an old couple. We've been in Cedar Park only for a couple of years. We still don't know many trusted plumbing companies in the city. My grand daughter was searching online for a recommended plumber and a few of her friends on Facebook recommended Cedar Park Plumbers. She gave us the number and they responded quickly. Once Ivran, the technician, arrived he inspected the water heater leak and notice of the supply lines had a small hole where the water was coming out. The fix was to replace the supply line but in order to to that he had to flush the unit. The problem was that the water heater was old and already had some calcium builtup so it him a while to unclog the section where the built-up was. When he fixed that he was able to flush the unit quickly. He had the part in this truck so replacing it was easy as well. He finally got fixed and replaced and the price I think was good. I was expecting to be more expensive but overall great company. I highly recommend it

Called this company when I discovered I had water leaking through my walls from my water heater. They came out to see what was happening within the hour on a Sunday, and were able to stop the leak immediately, then come back within 48 hours to do a complete repair! Mike was the plumber who came to help me both times, and he was incredibly patient with me as I asked a million questions. He was very informative and made sure I stayed informed throughout the entire process. He even noticed a very minor unrelated issue that was also happening and was able to come back within the week to help me with that. Can't recommend them enough, I will definitely be going back to this company if I ever need more plumbing services!!

They are amazing! They went above and beyond. I had a water leak from the garbage disposal. I called them but I did not have money to pay them. I told them about my situation. I have a daughter with special needs and I take care of her. I asked them if I can pay them with cookies. The technician thought I was kidding but then he realized I was being serious and acceded of helping me with the garbage disposal leak. I really needed help and they were kind enough to help me in this difficult situation. If I could I would give them 10 star rating. If you need a honest and kind plumbing company give them a call, they are nice people

This morning when I woke up I noticed water in the bathroom floor. I thought I forgot to close the shower curtains. After 30 minutes of drying up and cleaning there were water all over the floor again. That happened a couple of times again until I realized it was coming from the toilet. I called several plumbing companies in Cedar Park and Mike answered the phone and was able to squeezes me in his schedule the same day. He came, assessed the situation and the next day he replaced my old toilet. I'm impressed with how responsive they were. I'm pleased with their service.

We had a shower issue and I called several places. Another company was able to get us in (just happened to be the first one I called) but I would absolutely call Cedar Park Plumbers next time as my first option. I spoke with Ivan, the plumber and he was very professional, transparent, and working to get to us quickly. His estimations were very manageable. I will keep their number for future issues. Their pricing is also really good. If it weren't for the timing which was really just luck of the draw, I would have opted to go with them.

I’m very pleased with the work Mike did. I called Cedar Park Plumbers to get an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal. You can tell the level of professionalism they have just by talking to Maria. She was very courteous and helped me make an appointment. John was the technician that came to my house. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and the price was affordable. My new garbage disposal was installed in a couple of hours. I will recommend them to my neighbors in Cedar Park. Cedar Park Plumbers has a good team of technicians. They rescued us from having a flood in my house. Suddenly, a pipe broke and the kitchen floor had water all over. I called them and they find the pipe that was broken. It was related to the washer which is inside the house. They tracked down the pipe that had a hole and replaced it with a new kind of material. It’s not PVC or copper, it’s something a little more flexible. Anyway, thanks again for helping us solve this issue. They’re very professional, I will use them again.

I live in Avery Ranch and was in a bad way on a Saturday. My water heater was leaking. Badly. Edwin and crew came out within a couple of hours and installed a new water heater-they picked it up from Home Depot for me also. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They took the old heater away and cleaned up. Thank you to Edwin!! Update: My insurance company needed some documentation and Edwin was so nice about it and helped me with Allstates requests.
