I had a pipe burst due to the recent cold spell and CPS was amazing in resolving the issue. They replaced the pipes and put in insulation to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They communicated with me throughout the process and most importantly, I knew I could trust them. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very efficiently. Will never use any other plumbing company as long as I live in Catonsville.

I have consistently used CPS for all of my plumbing needs since I purchased my home. New toilets, replacing old drain lines, unclogging blockages, etc. They always deliver quality work at a fair price. So happy to have found a trusted contractor that I can always rely on.

I hired CPS for a large amount of plumbing as part of a remodel for 2 bathrooms. Overall their thoughtfulness and genuine meticulousness and care makes them possibly the best contractor I've had (out of quite a few). I had an array of significant plumbing problems from a previous, horrible contractor, which left a tight, difficult situation that seemed impossible to work with.  Andy and Greg with the help of John and Patrick were all extremely thoughtful, and put a lot of time into making a careful plan to work through the problems.  They measured everything very carefully, threading needles (figuratively speaking), to ensure that toilets and vanities would fit.  Greg did most of the actual plumbing and was extremely meticulous.  You could tell he really wanted to do something that would last decades.  He worried about details like electrolysis where copper might be touching steel.  They repaired some of my subfloor where my previous contractors had removed too much floor to allow the toilets to be secured.  The team was also very friendly, and willing to explain answers to many questions.  Lastly, their pricing was completely reasonable, and Andy came over to thoroughly assess the situation twice before the work began, and wouldn't accept any money for those visits.

The plumbing side of this business was very good and responsive. However, the construction side really let us down. They came to see our project and planned to start several weeks later while preparing an estimate. The owner was not responsive to calls and repeatedly made promises and then disappeared. I would have preferred him to be honest from the start and declined the project outright.

We have used PCS for all of our plumbing needs for the past 15 years. Andy and the team are awesome and are always fare and very responsive. We have used them for home improvement as well and were thrilled.
