“The plumbing side of this business was very good and responsive. However, the construction side really let us down. They came to see our project and planned to start several weeks later while preparing an estimate. The owner was not responsive to calls and repeatedly made promises and then disappeared. I would have preferred him to be honest from the start and declined the project outright.”

“I had a pipe burst due to the recent cold spell and CPS was amazing in resolving the issue. They replaced the pipes and put in insulation to make sure it wouldn't happen again. They communicated with me throughout the process and most importantly, I knew I could trust them. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very efficiently. Will never use any other plumbing company as long as I live in Catonsville.”
