1st time using Caton s plumbing within 45 minutes my technician Jason there ready to get straight to the job ..he was very polite .and went above and beyond with the job that he did with the water heater was great. .most of all he was very knowledgeable and did not have a problem answering questions.. If I need any kind of plumbing done.Catons is my place to call . I give Catons a 5 star....I was happy with my services thank you.

I had a pipe leak in my basement and called up Caton plumbing. They got me a plumber quick. Jason was super helpful and explained a few things to me and helpful tips which I was super appreciative of. It’s honestly plumbers like him (and the reasonable prices) that keep me calling Caton when I need help.

Jason was experienced and very professional. He listened to and acknowledge all of my questions & concerns, Then had no trouble with multiple tricky shower installs. Overall a great experience & Tech. Would recommend.

My parents have an older shower set up and one of the hot water knobs seized up on a Sunday night The shower wouldn’t turn off and there were. no shut off valves at that bathroom shower. I called this company and they sent their technician Kevontay out within 20 minutes! The technician realize he may need some extra parts that we’re not on the truck so he’s scheduled with me to come back the next morning first thing and complete the job. We are satisfied and I definitely recommend this, and now my parents have Shut off valves at the shower.
