Great service from Demetric Seymore. He was pleasant to deal with, demonstrated ingenuity, and showed great attention to detail.
I and my wife are very satisfied and happy with both the new toilet and outside Fawcett. Catons Plumbing and the installer Jason were very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
We had an urgent plumbing need in order to get our new washing machine installed, we needed new water valves to the washer because the pipes had rusted. Catons got someone to my house in hours, and Henry was efficient, reasonable and professional. Very satisfied!
Stay away from this company. It was a disaster. A 2 day job turned into a 8 week job. They took on a job they had no business taking on. We hired them to install a tub and shower walls. They had to rip it out and start over. And only did so when I put up reviews. They finally finish and offer a discount and then try and take the discount back. My water pressure is low now, they chipped the walls, scuffed the tub, the floor isn't level, crappy caulking job I pretty much had to redo it, etc. Crazy. Don't waste your time with these guys. And I have dealt with so many different employees. When I call back to deal with the same guy they are gone. Terrible company.
Catons has easy scheduling and are available on the weekends. I was notified by phone that the plumber would arrive by the scheduled time, but he arrived early which was a plus. Derrick provided a price before performing the requested service and explained & showed what caused the problem. This is my second satisfactory service by Catons.
