I usually do not leave reviews but I am so happy with their service. We had a leaking water heater and they came out promptly to replace it and handled everything perfectly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Have used Cahill for standard start up for heating and cooling but never for an Emergency. That changed this week - had an emergency regarding a toilet overflow that water wouldn’t shut off but turned out to be a sewer issue relative to a foundation shift. To top it off, family member was having surgery that day. Called and Andy had a technician there within an hour and had the entire project completed within 2 days while we were still in a hospital stay. The technician. Mario was also awesome. Polite, professional, and efficient. Can’t say enough for these people. Standard stuff is one thing but when the rubber meets the road and you need help tells the real story. What a great company and people. You don’t see this kind of service and empathy everywhere these days. Well, we saw it here. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much Cahill. Ed Lees

We accidentally drilled into a water pipe while installing a new vanity. Cahill was here within an hour and did the repair quickly. The bill was quite reasonable. We will definitely continue to use their services.
