Amazing job!! From Carlos coming in and helping us decide what to do and giving us a very reasonable quote. To Michelle communicating case with us every step of the way including any unforeseen issues. To David and Carla working (and cleaning up extremely well especially with us having 4 little kids and a small puppy) tirelessly to make the bathroom we have been wanting for so long. I can’t recommend them enough. They are THE BEST!!!

They did a fantastic job and were efficient in their work. They did exactly what I wanted and expected. I definitely will have them for other projects in my home. Very satisfied and happy! Carlos and his crew are a joy to work with. 😊

My husband and I did a complete remodel of our home. Carlos and his team were involved in many facets of the remodel. All we’re done with extreme professionalism. They added a full master bath to our bedroom and remodeled our hallway bath. They also installed a full kitchen in addition to a lot of other work. We were fully apprised at each step of the remodel about what each space would require, how long it would take, etc. The work was cleanly done and we are very satisfied with the results.

started off OK. Quoted a price agreed to it, they finished it and then there's a whole new price. No heads up no checking no authorization. Then afterwards damaged to the wall damage to the countertop. I'm only writing this review at this point because it's leaking now after a couple months and it's causing water damage. Wouldn't recommend -You might as well do it yourself and save the money.

I called with a backup kitchen sink, got a appointment after waiting for the appointment time they called me back to say that the plumber did work at my house a couple of years ago with a stolen credit card and never been paid....I've been living in this house for over 6 years. Its a huge disappointment and embarrassing to go through such a defamation of my character and ethics after I told them its couldn't be possible. Total waste of time now I can't get a plumber until the next day, thanks for nothing.

I hire this company several times to perform different types of work at my house and i had an excellent experience all the time. They have great customer service, and always giving a great prices(best price around solano area overall. )I don't even waste time calling for other companies; this is my go to whenever i need work done. Just to mention a couple jobs: i had them remove all the popcorn ceiling at my house and add some light features, fans and everything turn out great. They clean everything after they perform the job. I have them remodel my bathroom which i love how it turn out . They install a kitchen faucet , fix my water heater, and did windows and sliding door upgrades. Also, during an emergency when the main sewer line was backed up, they came right away. I recommend this business to everyone i know and they never disappoint and of course i recommend to everyone in general. They have knowledge and what they have to do ,you won't regret on having them over. I really apreciate all your hard work Carlos.

They are fantastic! Recently had some work done on both bathrooms through AAA contractor, took them forever to do the work. Long story short my husband and i couldn't use our bathtub due to the pipes were galvanized with new stuff on top of it. Previous contractors didnt change out. I called C & C Construction, Mr Carlos Carmell, owner came out, gave quote, then sent a crew out 3 weeks later. Took 5 days PLUS changed out my bathroom door for a beautiful folding door; last minute request. LOL Everyone was very professional, clean, understanding, personable and kind. It's a family owned business. Mrs Carmell also is very professional. We will use their services from now on. Thank you C & C Construction

C& C Plumbing has given me OUTSTANDING service throughout the 8+ yes of knowing Carlos and his crew. His staff are timely and professional. During my precieved crisis (supply chain problems), Carlos kept me informed and help calm my nerves about issues OUT of OUR control. His finished work is of the highest quality, he and his crew take pride in the work they do. Finally, C&C Plumbing has completed 6 major remodels and renovations in my home. I complete confidence in him and his business. I am recommending C&C to everyone/anyone who desires exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism and a communicative partner during your home renovation .

I'm writing this review because C&C Plumbing just LOST a customer. My 1st and LAST time ever doing business with them. The plumber Carlos was professional, friendly & did a great job repairing my leaking faucets. But the customer service I received from Michelle over the phone was horrible! She was rude & impatient when I was simply asking her questions regarding payment after the job was completed. It's too bad Michelle ruined it for an entire company. I would not recommend doing business with them if Michelle is still on as their telephone customer service representative.

They were the fastest to come out, gave me a quote on the spot, which wound up being the cheapest quote in the surrounding area. Great customer service over the phone and in person. Great instal and workmanship. The silicone was very clean and they did the job fast with two people. My only complaints were I’d rather them not park in the driveway with the van tires in the mulch, and at the end one of installers shook out their floor tarp in the mulch next to the front door which had some scraps in it like old silicone and some leftover bolts that I had to pick up.

Run away. Do not be bamboozled by Carlos. I hired Carlos 3 years ago for a shower remodel. The completion time doubled, no supervision, inexperienced labor left alone for 8 hours ago with little progress. Wanted most of the money up front. My friend hired them for 3 bathrooms. 2.5 months into a standard 5x8 secondary bath the work is still incomplete, faucets are loose, no shower enclosure installed so no showers for 2 months. No response, tons of excuses. Don't do it. No matter how low the bid, this is not worth your SANITY. Run away!

C&C Plumbing is responsive, professional and offers very good customer service. They have done several different jobs on my house and each one has been an excellent final product. They have a wealth of expert workers on their team. I appreciate Michelle for responding to my phone calls and texts promptly and courteously. I appreciate Carlos for always taking time to give estimates and for managing each job in a timely manner. I fully recommend C&C Plumbing and would definitely hire them again!!
