I’m a disabled veteran who has a couple of disabilities that most people have never heard of or can imagine. Without any hesitation, Craig showed consideration, respect, and willingness to get the job done while providing all of the accommodations towards me because of my disabilities. Craig has my full respect and trust.

Guys are very nice!! First time we called for a suspected plumbing clog. It wasn't a clog, we needed our septic drained so they didn't charge us the full $200 service charge. Second time we called we thought we had a water leak under our house; we did not have a leak under our house so they didn't charge us anything. Will definitely be calling these guys back for any plumbing issues in the future and CANNOT recommend them enough! 100% family owned and operated!

Will never call another plumber again! I’ve been through all the plumbers, small and big companies around NCWV and they’re either over priced ( charging me for just coming out?!!! Why is this common practice? Like to see how people would react if doctors charged you for just showing up to their office) Not only are the prices more than fair, Craig and his guys are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Explaining everything along the way until the job was done. Amazing work ethic as well as being nice and kind people. They can handle small and bug messy jobs. We had a really nasty messy job that only a real plumber could handle. I can’t say enough how grateful our family was to find them. We didnt mind paying the money because the job was big but they did not take advantage of our situation. Top notch and just a classy group of guys! Dont call anyone else!

When Craig started, he was a good solid guy. His brother in law Ernie, isn't worth 2 cents. He and another guy just left my house after spending 5 hours replacing approximately 12' of 4" sewer line and charged over $500 to do it. Good God whatever you do DO NOT allow these people on your property

I called Butcher Plumbing and they answered his phone professionally, took my information and gave me a firm date to change out a toilet. They called me the morning of the job to let me know they were coming. Craig, the owner, and Ernie showed up on time and did a great job. They gave me a one year warranty on their workmanship. They also found a couple of issues that needed fixed and fixed them. I thought their price was reasonble. They used booties to keep dirt from coming into the house and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. As a side note, I tried calling another local plumber, who wouldn't give me a firm date and then called on a Friday and wanted to come right then and do the job. Another local plumber told me up front he couldn't get to me for at least two weeks. I appreciated the honesty, but needed the job done more quickly. What made Butcher Plumbing stand out was their professionalism, a firm schedule, showing up on time, fixing issues they found and doing the job right. They will get my business in the future.

They are a literal Godsend. I highly recommend Butcher plumbing. When we flushed our toilet it was overflowing and coming out of our drain for the washer. We called them at 10am on a Saturday about our issues and they were here to fix our issue by 3:30pm. They were even kind enough to call and update us about their ETA twice in the meantime. They used the camera to determine we had tree roots growing through our drain. They were able to cut them out and clear the line in under two hours. Everything is now operating as it should and I am so very thankful. They even provided us with an estimate to replace the areas at a later date. The two men here were so kind and polite and absolutely professional. It was top tier service. Their prices are extremely affordable compared to their competitors. Thank you so much!

I called Butcher's Plumbing because my mother's drains were plugged. Craig answered the phone very promptly and told me he wasn't able to come that day but he had an appointment the next day. I didn't schedule it right then but I called back a couple hours later and Craig gave us an appointment. He let us know they were on the way, they were very prompt, polite, professional and Craig was upfront about his plan to fix our problem. I think they were done and writing our invoice in less than 30 minutes. He was very informative about the problem. We were relieved to have the problem resolved so quickly. Definitely will use again if necessary. Thank you again for your help!

We had a great experience with Butcher Plumbing. We had a sewage leak from our toilet and it required extensive work to fix the plumbing issue and bring the bathrooms up to code. They got the permits necessary for the work, were professional in our home, kept us informed of any new issues that came up along the way, cleaned up after themselves well, and came in very close to their initial estimate. They also observed some other issues with our plumbing and let us know about them, but without being pushy about it- so we now know more about our home and can plan ahead for future upgrades to prevent more issues.

Ernie and Tanner just put me a whole new septic line in To replace my one. I couldn’t have asked for more professional, courteous, friendly people to do it. After watching them for half a day, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and doing the job well. I have told my whole family that if they ever need services that these people supply, Get Butcher Plumbing and you won’t be sorry. I HIGHLY recommend Butcher Plumbing. Craig and Ernie are both amazing at what they do! They have always answered when we needed them, showed up on time, and worked their butts off to solve my plumbing issues. They recently worked at my house for a week straight fixing and rerouting the entire plumbing in my house, 8a-8p! They are extremely fair and honest and I truly cannot recommend them enough!! Outside sewer line replacement. Craig and Duane were very professional, and very reasonable price wise. They kept me informed and showed me progress along the way. Any issues that came up, they would stop and immediately tell me, and there were a few, not any fault of theirs. I plan on having other plumbing work done and will use again. I highly recommend.

Craig and Duane went the extra mile to make sure the jobs were done properly with the least amount of expensive to our family's small business. They have worked on both our water and sewage lines. I especially appreciate their honesty and their work ethic. I have not had a bit of trouble after they complete a repair. This is my first choice for a plumber.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this business! They work extremely hard, some nights until 10pm until they were satisfied with that days work. Very fair, very honest people. I will only be using this company from now on, thanks for being awesome guys!
