“I called an left a message 30 hours ago. I am in need of a new furnace, I haven't got any heat at all! And the nights are getting cold! Their web presence looked good, so I thought I would give them a try. I have NOT had a call back since then, over 30 hours ago! I called back several times and finllay got the secretary. I got hung up on! I tried calling 3 times since then and have ONLY gotten their answering …”
