Gary has worked on my HVAC system and my plumbing several times in the 30+ years I have lived in this house. He has always been polite, prompt, professional and most of all efficient. He is able to diagnose and fix any problem I’ve had. I recommend Bradley’s Plumbing and Heating.

Gary installed a new water heater on Wednesday 2-11-26 for me and did a great job. I have used Bradley’s Plumbing when i have an issue with anything and he has always did a great job. You can trust what he says and does, also his prices are always good. Gary will be the only one that i will ever use. Great Job Guys…!!  Thanks again

Had a problem with our water heater. Gary diagnosed it as a bad thermostat over the phone, and told me how to reset the unit (so we could have hot water) until he could get here to fix it. He and Crystal worked it out to fit me in the next day despite the full schedule he was already facing. He was efficient, thorough, and did the work for a reasonable price. I couldn’t ask for more from these folks! I look for honesty and integrity (and common sense) in the people I try to deal with. I don’t always get that, but I did this time with this family owned business! Well done!!

This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. You committed to coming and did not show up, nor did you have the professional courtesy to communicate that you would be unable to attend. Are you serious? You said you can come on Thursday between 9-11 and I responded to your text and said “Ok perfect!” And then gave you my address. You needed my name to come out? 😳 You need to communicate with your customers instead of just texting and think you have communicated. You clearly said you have scheduled me and I replied, “Thank you see you on Thursday, and gave you my address. And then you make the excuse that you were sick and failed to communicate clearly? Who is going to buy that excuse!? smh. I would give you ZERO stars ⭐️ if I could! And yes, I offered to change my review if you followed up on the you first promised and a no show!? How is that a “negotiation tactic?”

I called an left a message 30 hours ago. I am in need of a new furnace, I haven't got any heat at all! And the nights are getting cold! Their web presence looked good, so I thought I would give them a try. I have NOT had a call back since then, over 30 hours ago! I called back several times and finllay got the secretary. I got hung up on! I tried calling 3 times since then and have ONLY gotten their answering machine, a few minutes later!!!! These people do NOT care about good customer service! They are NOT responsive and don't care that you DON'T have heat!!! I'm advising that you do not even try to use them as a service provider because they are NOT responsive and this isn't even an emergency situation yet.....but they don't know that. I fail to think what would happen to you if this was an emergency situation!! You would be stuck trying to have to call another company that would take care of you and that really cared! I CAN'T stress enough DON'T use this company! signed, a very disappointed local
