Borth-Wilson Plumbing & Bathroom Remodeling

We had two tub drains changed, a leak found and repaired, and a toilet chain repaired all for around $1300 together. I was expecting a much higher price! Dennis did a great job with some of these repairs being not as straightforward as usual. We’ll absolutely be using borth-wilson for any other plumbing needs in the future!

We used Borth-Wilson to remodel and update two bathrooms. They were a dream to work with! It was such a relief to finally find a one stop shop. From quoting to design to contractors to remodeling to project managers, they literally provided everything we needed and made it so simple. Ashley understood our taste and style and helped make the design process fun! The bathrooms are beautiful. Marah and Chad coordinated all of the details and communicated each week which contractors would be in our house, what days, and what projects they were tackling. With us being remote workers, this was incredibly helpful as we knew exactly what days might be a bit louder than others so we could make alternate arrangements. Bill's attention to detail with all of the tile work, from the shower walls to the bathroom floors, was wonderful. The entire crew, Zack, Justin, Kevin, Joe, and Tom (I'm sorry to anyone I accidentally left out) were excellent to work with. Thank you, Borth-Wilson!

We love our new bathroom! We chose Borth-Wilson because they are a one-stop shop that specializes in bathrooms. We were clueless about what to pick out, and they gladly assisted us and gave us suggestions. They are very efficient with scheduling. The team worked for 3.5 weeks straight, and the bathroom was done. There were no delays or problems. Communication is excellent, as they keep you updated every step of the way. The work they do is fantastic.

Great experience with Borth for our master bathroom remodel. The planning experience was very organized and personalized. I felt that their designers were knowledgeable, offered great recommendations while also including us in the decision making. The remodeling itself felt effortless on our end. We barely even felt their presence in the home the entire time they were working since they kept things so clean every day. The contractors we did meet were very professional and kind. The Borth team was so organized and kept us updated on the plan for each week via email so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. If we ran into any complications (which there were very few and minor), they handled each challenge efficiently and we never felt like we needed to worry about anything. We loved the outcome in the end and the bathroom turned out exactly what we asked for! It took a while to get the actual work started from when we signed our initial contract, but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely work with them again for future projects in our home.

Borth Wilson did an amazing job on our 2 bathrooms! The quality of the tile work, floors, cabinets, all it is was excellent and we are loving our bathrooms! They worked with us to help us pick the best colors to compliment our home, the best lighting, faucets, so many decisions that they made easier because of their expertise. We got a weekly schedule that was followed exactly. This was an amazing experience and we could not be more pleased! HIGHLY recommend them!
