August 2025: I had an excellent experience with Fernando from BMW Plumbing. I called at 9am with a plumbing issue, and by noon, Fernando was at my door, ready to help. His professional, courteous, and confident approach reassured me right away. By reviewing my service history beforehand, Fernando arrived fully prepared and aware of prior concerns. After completing the job, he walked me through what he had fixed and explained the follow-up steps needed for a lasting solution. Fernando's professionalism and care turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. For anyone looking for reliable plumbing services, I can’t recommend BMW Plumbing and Fernando enough. November 2024: I had a fantastic experience with Mario from BMW Plumbing. I called at 8 AM with a plumbing issue, and by noon, Mario was at my door ready to help. He is a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable young man who immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the job, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. After the job was completed, Mario gave me a detailed rundown of what was done, and also offered some valuable suggestions for future plumbing maintenance. From the moment I greeted him, I knew I was in good hands. Mario’s professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend BMW Plumbing, and especially Mario - to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I used BMW for all my plumbing needs for over 20 years. They were always fair, professional, competent, and friendly. Since Mike Dixon, the owner of BMW Plumbing retired, BMW is now 24/7 Plumbing. I was skeptical but hopeful that I would still get the same high quality service that Mike and his staff offered. For my most recent service, May 2025, I asked for a plumber (Conrad), who I've used for many years, who knows my house and all my equipment. I am very happy with the service and Conrad’s work. I’m glad they have kept their highly experienced plumbers and look forward to working with them for my plumbing needs.

Great experience! Plumbing problems are always cause for concern that you find the right professional! From the start, BMW showed they are well organized and reliable. David T came ready to solve the problem, offered advice on the best or worst of a complicated situation. He made the repair efficiently, and thoroughly including clean up, and checked that everything was operating well. We were very satisfied, and will become repeat customers as needed.

Conrad was very nice. That’s it. Not his fault, but the cost of a kitchen faucet and installation and 79.00 to walk in my door was $1,037. I knew he was talking about very high end faucet. Mine is American Standard, not high end. So I asked how much if I bought the faucet and he installed it. $495.00. I will never use you again. Before you bought this business from the previous owner I used them for a toilet problem and the cost was very reasonable.

Highly recommended. Great service and reasonable prices. When you need a new ejection pit, you need one asap. Customer service on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Our plumbing technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us informed of his progress. I will definitely call BMW again when the inevitable plumbing crises arises.
