I called yesterday, and they showed up today! Installed a brand new tank in minimal time. We had Cole come out, he was incredibly nice and professional. He called before he came and gave us prices and options. No hidden costs. This was a great experience!

I used this company for my restaurant business. Since English is my second language, I carefully used ChatGPT to make sure I explained exactly what I needed to the office and received an estimate price beforehand. When the plumber came, I explained the same thing again. However, he didn’t finish the work and just left. I immediately called the plumber, and he said he would come back the following Monday. He never showed up. I called again, and they completely ignored my calls. I also called the office multiple times and got no response at all. So I voided the check through my bank. Then suddenly, weeks later, they finally contacted me asking for the money, whining that it was a “miscommunication.” Miscommunication is your problem, not mine. Don’t run a business like that. When I tried to call for service, you ignored me on purpose, but when it’s time to collect money suddenly you respond and pretend none of this is your fault. That’s ridiculous. I’ll still pay the money because I’m not trying to be petty, but the way this company handles customers is unacceptable. If you are in the Athens area, avoid this company. There are plenty of good plumbing companies around here. I hired another company this time and they handled everything cleanly and professionally. This place is definitely not it. After their reply. I stand by my review and my experience is 100% accurate. I clearly explained what I needed before the work began, and your team confirmed they understood. When the plumber finished and left, I realized the work was not done the way I requested. I immediately contacted the plumber and your office the same day. At that time, your team acknowledged the issue and told me it would be corrected the following week. I was told that someone would call me to schedule the follow-up visit. I waited for that call, but no one ever contacted me. Because I had the plumber’s phone number, I tried calling directly multiple times but received no answer. I also called the office several times and again received no response. The reason I voided the check was because I wanted someone to take responsibility and at least communicate or apologize. Instead, weeks passed with no contact. Only after the check was voided did someone finally call and claim it was a “miscommunication.” I am not refusing to pay because the work was done perfectly. I chose to pay simply because I do not want to waste more time and energy dealing with this situation. As a business owner myself, my time and peace of mind are worth more. There is no false information in my review. I clearly communicated what I needed, I contacted your team immediately when the issue happened, and I waited for your promised follow-up that never came. My review reflects my real experience. I also want to address another incorrect statement in your response. You claimed that I approved the invoice before the work began, but that is simply not true. I was never asked to review or confirm an invoice before the work started. For comparison, after this experience I hired another company, Roto-Rooter Plumbing. Their process was completely different. Before starting any work, they clearly explained exactly what they were going to do, provided the invoice, and had me review and sign it before the work began. The job was handled professionally from start to finish, and everything was completed exactly as discussed. The difference in professionalism between the two companies was very clear.

Blueprint was able to get to my house today, after four other local plumbing companies said they couldn't come for a week, unless I wanted to pay "emergency" pricing. Cole came on time, listened to me describe what was happening and where (apparent main line clog). He got right to work, diagnosing the problem by turning on water in different locations to identify the likely location of the blockage. He explained our options, gave us upfront pricing and once we agreed, went immediately to work. The issue was handled quickly and he was friendly and professional. He advised what to look out for, in case the issue returned, and explained that at some point soon we might want to remove the old iron drain pipe and have it replaced with modern piping and a cleanout, He even told us about what that would cost. This was the best experience I've had with a plumber since moving to Athens in 2009. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a good plumber for the last few years. After trying several in Athens, I am thrilled to find this firm. They came up with an outstanding solution that no one else had considered, and had everything done in a few hours. I was able to keep my original historic facets, which everyone else wanted to take out. And, I have a better than planned solution for my watering system. Outstanding, professional, problem solving-oriented, reasonably priced, and very very capable.

Amanda from Blueprint Plumbing answered the phone quickly and rapidly provided the help we needed after a pipe blew at our house! Tanner came out within 30 minutes, he was super intelligent and knowledgeable about what he was doing… Had us fixed up at a reasonable cost, within minutes! AA++! Cole was so professional and went over and above to rule out where the leak was. He replaced a valve and will be coming back out to install a new water line. I would highly recommend using them for all plumbing needs.

My faucet was spraying from the hot water handle. They scheduled my repair and fixed everything in less than 3 hours. Quick, efficient and courteous.
