Cameron and another guy came to replace my shower valve on 10/30/23. I seen that this company had 5 stars across the board so I thought I was safe but No!! On 11/15 I noticed a leak in the closet behind the shower, the carpet was wet and all my belongings in there are wet. I called Cameron repeatedly on 11/15 and finally reached him on 11/16 in which he told me he has a neurology disorder and he has seizures and had to close the company but when I met him he told me he had multiple trucks with multiple workers hmmm, he told me he was getting ready to talk to police and had to go and that he would call me back. I've waited and called him back repeatedly with no answer, the website doesn't work, meanwhile I still have a constant leak. I filed a complaint with the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners. I paid him through Zelle which doesn't allow me to dispute it with my bank.. FYI, always pay these people with credit cards because you never know. I paid them $1260 during the part of the year where I need this money the most! What a horrible experience! This is a follow up to your message. I never said I didn't have the money to get the tile fixed. I used it temporarily not everyday, just like you advised. After you put the valve on there you left it like that and told me to have someone come and replace the tile which I was going to do but didn't have the time since I was almost never at home. Now that I'm home for the holidays I'm able to get this fixed but noticed the leak. You were the last one to work on this so how else could it have been done? I've been calling you multiple times during the day for the past few days and all of a sudden you call me today wanting to come look at it now that you seen the review I left hmmm, ok Then you say you closed the company because you had a neurological disorder and you constantly have seizures. I'm sorry to hear that. I told you I don't want you in my home in that condition. You should understand that. Your not insured and anything could happen plus you said you had to sell all of your tools and van and everything else. Why would I need you to come over anyway, just to look at it? You see it here! I already have someone scheduled to get it fixed. I'm good now. When you first came you guarantied your work and said you had a team of plumbers with multiple vans and you make so much money blah, blah, blah. All I ask was that you give me my money back. Keep it then, it's fine. It is what it is. Just paid another contractor to coming and fix this, blue diamond plumbing left a leak. Check the video. Blue Diamond Okumbing is trash!!!

Don't use this company! We called and made an appointment from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., we were texted a conformation and waited all day never getting a phone call or person showing up. The big problem I have is not getting a phone call I understand things happen but not calling is unacceptable, they never called the following day to apologize for the inconvenience, in fact we got a message that they were cancelling the appointment after the fact. I was not surprised because when I originally called to schedule the lady that answered the phone answered the phone laughing and just didn't seem professional she said they didn't have any openings and then said oh wait a minute yes we do, it appeared she had no idea what was going on. I am a small business owner and don't have time for flaky people.

Cris the plumber assign to my water leak issue. When he came to the house he ask me if I have a hose so he can drain the water heater and not flooding my garage. I let him use my garden hose and when I came back with the hose he bypass the water supply but I did not notice that he also disconnected the gas line. Then he took pictures and sent it to the warranty company for approval and left and said that he will come back after they ( First American Home Warranty) will approve the replacement.request. After few hours I check the hose if it's still dripping water and saw it already stop. I called the warranty company if the request was already approved but the lady on the other end said 24 business hours ( 3 days ) the approval is still under review. Then I disconnected the hose from the water heater and notice that the gas line was also disconnected from water heater exposing the gas line. I called back Firat American Home Warranty about the gas line expose because it was disconnected by Cris of Blue Diamond plumbing. He suppose to ask first the water heater replacement approval before touching the water ( disconnecting the gas line and bypassing the water supply to the water heater). Now I will be stuck with disconnected water heater and no hot water for another at least 3 to ? Days. Really bad customer service. This is not done yet. And the house is in Las Vegas area.

First and Foremost....any business that offers text or email scheduling rates pretty high in my book and will have a better chance of getting my business. I don't have time for phone calls. Cameron was great when I asked if texting was ok. Scheduled to come out and fix a leaky kitchen sink. Estimate to fix sink was exactly around what I had expected for the repair. Cameron arrived within the time frame given. Soon discovered the sink needs to be replaced due to a hole. Unfortunately, due to our granite countertop, we have to hire a granite professional to install our new sink. But we will definitely have Cameron back to finish the plumbing repair and for any other plumbing needs.

Pipes leading into my water heater began leaking and I posted on yelp projects and Cameron, the owner of Blue Diamond Plumbing was prompt with connecting with me. Cameron was so open in communicating with me and explaining to me the process of the service he provided. It ended up being my recirculating pump that caused the leak initially. Aside from his great professionalism and satisfaction guarantee, Cameron was so accommodating in his work with me to my schedule and needs. I am so thankful that I found his services and will recommend him to friends and revisit his services in the future!

Blue diamond did a great job for us! We had some con skimmer lines in our pool that were clogged. The pool company said they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it, that’s not what they do. So I called many plumbers, who all said they could not fix it. When I called diamond, they said they have experience with this and showed up the very next day to do the work. This was a very difficult job and they took care of it for us and saved us having to replace our entire skimmers and breaking into the concrete which would have been much more expensive! Thank you!!

Blue diamond plumbing helped us when nobody else could or would! We had some clogged skimmer lines to our pool and everybody we called said they couldn't or wouldn't fix them. We tried plumbers, pool companies, etc. I didn't realize it was so difficult to clean those clogged lines once they get clogged. Blue Diamond Plumbing Said they could do it, they were there the next day, and had things working for us without needing to replace all of our skimmers. We appreciate their good service and a job Well done!

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my "saved in case of need" list!! Highly recommended!

Blue Diamond Plumbing was able to come out on a Saturday morning to help us out with an emergency sewer issue. It was ultimately determined to be the responsibility of our city, but we used Blue Diamond to get to that point. They were so helpful and we will use them again as needed!

Blue diamond was professional and on time. They cleared my clogged drain under my dishwasher and helped it prevent a bigger mess by putting down towels and redirecting the standing water in the dishwasher. Clean, on time and friendly. Great service!
