Got home from work yesterday and it was 88 degrees in my home with the air conditioning running and set to 72. I called Blake brothers and was treated exceptionally well from first call and was told Chase was on his way to my home. They text a picture so I knew who would be coming to my home. Upon arrival Chase was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took around a hour from initial call to my home cooling again. I will definitely use them again when I need help

The service was prompt, organized, and handled with care. I especially appreciated the patience and professionalism throughout the visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They are a complete ripoff! They actually thought my 84 year old mom was going to pay them $8000 dollars to replace a compressor. I got her an entire brand new 3 ton HAVAC unit installed for $4,629.00 dollars out the door. Do not, I repeat do not use these people. Complete robbery!
I requested a second opinion on an HVAC issue and I’m really glad I did. The technician who came out was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and clearly explain what was actually going on. Another company had previously tried to recommend a much more expensive repair, but this technician showed me the real issue and it was actually the complete opposite of what I had been told before. His honesty and transparency saved me a significant amount of money. You can tell he has years of experience and truly understands his craft. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary work. I really appreciate the integrity and professionalism he showed. It’s rare to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and honest, and I’m very grateful for the service I received.
