I called Blackmon Plumbing in the morning about replacing my water heater, and they had a technician out the same day to get it taken care of. The turnaround time was impressive, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fast, reliable plumbing work.
As usual, Shane Blackmon, and his staff are awesome! You could not ask for a better group of people, being led by a man of great integrity. Thank you as my plumber and my friend. I also thank you for all your community service as well. You and your staff are appreciated!
Had our first yearly maintenance on our Generac. Cris was very efficient and answered all our questions. I’m so glad we went with Blackmon for this very important decision.
I had my kitchen faucet replacement last week and am very satisfied with Blackmon’s services. They only charged me one hour labor at a very reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me $195-$295 (Gxxxx Slam, MxP, Chxxxx) for just replacement. The technician was very friendly, unfortunately I don’t have his name. I highly recommend them and will use them if needed. Of course, hope they can keep this good business philosophy and culture.
Dillion & Mac arrived as scheduled, and professionally installed my new water heater. They were courteous and friendly. They also saved me $60 by accepting a check vs a card. THAT'S total customer service!
