HONEST!!! When your AC goes out you're not only worried about the cost but also if someone might say I need a new one when it can be fixed. My amazing tech was Jose Montes. He quickly identified that my capacitor was out and my coils were filthy. It was $200 to clean them and $186 for the capacitor. He told me about a yearly subscription (only $20) which covers the cleaning and 2 check ups a year and one check of my plumbing. The plan gave me a discount on the capacitor. I paid $174 for both services. HONEST!!! Jose is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a nice person to talk to. He's a good man!!! The company it's fair and communication was great. Thank you guys so much. You gave me peace of mind and now I can tell people "I got a guy for that" when asked. Thank for from the bottom of my heart. You were amazing!

The Thursday before the ice storm, Johnny came to my home and installed a new propane wall heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable…assuring I knew how to properly use the heater. I appreciated him taking the time to explain how to safely and effectively benefit from the heater. I would definitely recommend Blackburn Plumbing/HVAC!

I have done business with these folks for almost 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Recently Atmos was installing new gas lines and meters in my neighborhood. I knew we would likley have some issues so I stopped by the office and scheduled a pressure test. Travis came out the next day and was very helpful. He did discover issues and helped to isolate the problem. I was going to do the upgrades myself and he gave me detailed information over the phone and even gave me his number if I had any questions during the repair. When the new meter was installed today Atmos did do a pressure test and we passed. THANK YOU TRAVIS.
