Eric arrived at my home on schedule and quickly evaluated the issue. He provided the needed service promptly, was very courteous, and cleaned up the area when complete. Black Plumbing is now at the top of my call list for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Roberto and Eli were great. They arrived on time, were very professional, and gave me options after diagnosing the issue. They did try to fix the issue same day, but it's going to require a bit of heavy lifting so they provided a quote for that work. I recommend Black Plumbing.

Black Plumbing really came through when we needed it. A month ago I had another company come check out our tank. We had knocking in the walls and a whistling sound coming from the tank that wasn't there prior. They told us everything was fine. A month later our tank started leaking and wouldn't heat. Black Plumbing came out the same day. Come to find out we had a lot of buildup that caused the failure on a less than 4 year old unit. They took care of us! I believe their cost was reasonable and the work was done in an efficient and quick manner.

I called and I spoke to a lady, she was very kind, respectful, and helpful! She sent over some gentlemen. One of there names was Eli, I was trying to explain what was going on. Then all of a sudden he started being disrespectful. He had made a crude comment about my pregnancy. I had asked him to leave, and I called another service. I don’t think he should be in a customer service job.

We had a great experience with Black Plumbing! They came out to help with our plumbing issue and were at our house within about an hour and a half, which was incredibly appreciated. Eric and Hunter (I believe those were their names) were both very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us so we understood what was going on. Their pricing was also very fair and affordable, especially compared to another company we previously used that seemed more interested in price gouging than actually helping. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service and will definitely be using Black Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
