“I called and I spoke to a lady, she was very kind, respectful, and helpful! She sent over some gentlemen. One of there names was Eli, I was trying to explain what was going on. Then all of a sudden he started being disrespectful. He had made a crude comment about my pregnancy. I had asked him to leave, and I called another service. I don’t think he should be in a customer service job.”
