We had a plumbing emergency. Bills had a quick response time and sent someone out within 2 hours of calling. Service was great and the installer also gave me some maintenance advice, thank you to Kurt O. and the rest of the team!

John O. from Bill's came out very quickly when our furnace broke. His quote beat the other 7 contractors bidding on the same job. We received exactly what we needed, no salesmanship, just good advice and service. The furnace install and removal of the old unit was fast, professional, clean and the new unit is working great. Couldn't have gone better and we're very glad we chose Bill's.

Great work by Kurt O. We had a copper pipe blow out in the wall between the hose spigot and the shutoff valve in the basement ceiling. He did a great job replacing the section of pipe and changing out the valves so it won't happen again. The repair required opening up a living room wall, but he did so in a very minimal way, so that it can easily be repaired and repainted. Very pleased with Bill's Plumbing.

Called and spoke to Kelly about a clogged basement laundry sink after painter had cleaned their painting tools in our Laundry sink. They came recommended by an appliance repairman Tom who had used Ed Dickson Bros Plumbing (he sold their company to Bill's Plumbjng in summer of 2024). I was able to get a next day afternoon service and was quoted a fair $195 for first 45 minutes ($90 visit fee plus 45 Min at $105 which is $35 for each 15 minutes) which very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Kurt and Luis arrived promptly on time after getting a text that they were on the way -- I called the office and Kelly confirmed where they were coming from which was nice. They efficiently took care of removing our old metal pipe, then rodded the line which had a tricky bend, and then replaced with PVC and even included an access cover upon my request. Kurt was an expert and very courteous as well as Luis! They even took off their shoes since it was a little wet outside which was not expected but appreciated. Bill is very fortunate to employ such kind and professional plumbers!!

Kurt, our plumber, replaced a toilet and a faucet in our guest bath. Very professional, polite, and more than cleaned up during and after the work. Just one visit so far, but we'll use them for our service work again.
