“After another full day of cold showers I messaged Big State after hours and got an immediate response. I was told a tech would be out in the morning to get me squared away with a new 50 gallon tank at what I thought was a more reasonable price.”
“My family encountered a backed up shower and toilet over the weekend. When calling the office (Which answered! And not a voicemail) they contacted one of their employee's to call me. We setup a time which he was on time. And he was able to solve the problem with an hours time.”
