OMG! We just received the best service anyone could ask for. We have company coming in for the Easter weekend and needed our sump pump replaced. Molly was able to set us up with a great option for a sump pump. I made the call at 8 AM and Chris the excellent technician had us up and running by 10:30 AM. This is the kind of service you get from a great family owned business. We will never go anywhere else.

Best Plumbing updated and did some remodeling on my bathroom. It was an older bathroom, but Best Plumbing did an excellent job. They replaced the shower, surround, tub and the bathroom sink, faucet and drain. The plumbers were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. I am very impressed with the quality of work they performed. They treated everything as if they were working on their own place. I am very happy and would most definitely recommend them to others.

From scheduling the service appointment to finishing the job, our experience with Best Plumbing Best Bath was ideal! We had a sink replaced, so we needed a plumber to unhook the old faucet and return to hook up the new faucet once the sink was installed. Our plumber arrived on time, completed the task with an excellent attitude, and returned at our request the same day to install the new faucet. We had a great experience with this team and highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I was told over the phone that replacing my water heater would cost around $1,100. Based on that, I gave the go-ahead. But I was later charged $1,700. Had I been given the accurate quote up front, I would never have proceeded, as I regularly replace water heaters for much less using my own licensed handyman and suppliers. I accept my part for not getting the quote in writing, but I expected more transparency from a professional company. Communication was unclear, and the pricing felt inflated. Unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

Chris is a really good plumber. We had issues with our hot water, he came out and gave us options. He didn't push us one way or another. We ended up getting a new water heater, had hot water in 45 minutes. Top quality stuff.
