Dan and his team did a fantastic job helping me with an emergency plumbing repair. They didn't have any openings in the schedule, but they were able to get someone to our house after normal closing hours to fix a major sink clog for me. They did great! Solid work, good cleanup, and reasonably priced. I love these guys!

Benjamin Franklin is very professional and top notch with customer service. We had a wonderful experience with Stella whom is very organized, upbeat and a great communicator. Anthony and Mark came out and replaced our tankless water heater along with installing a Halo5 conditioning treatment. Explained everything very thoroughly and were so nice. We are very pleased with the results and could tell right away the difference in our water quality. We just moved here and were pretty nervous at first about needing new plumbers. Benjamin Franklin squashed all our fears and we are so relieved to know that we can trust them for our future services! Great job guys, thank you so much! 👏

Anthony arrived and started on the job at hand. He explained what he was doing and why. He is very polite, helpful about different things I asked him. This company is very reasonable on their work prices. I sent text to other companies and they never responded back to me but this company did respond back to me in a timely manner. Our experience began with Stella. she was a delight to work with to get someone out to look at the job. We wanted a natural gas line tied into our existing service then run outside for a Grill and a Blackstone. Mark Griffin came out and was more than friendly and reviewed what we needed. within 30 minutes he shot us an estimate which was about 1/3 what some of the corporate plumbing houses quoted us. we scheduled and Mark was on time with all the tools supplies he needed. Mark went right to work and when he was done he walked me through the installation start to finish. Mark was working next to our water heater and saw that it was > 21 years old and made a heartfelt suggestion that we consider replacing it soon. he gave us a realistic quote and now we need to decide when to have him back. I can not express enough the appreciation for the knowledge and professionalism that both Mark and Stella provided!

I have called Benjamin Franklin plumbing now for several jobs and they are now my go to plumbers for all my projects. They are replumbing an entire house for me and also have promptly come for even a small job such as hooking up my gas stove for an investment property and install a water heater for an apartment building that I needed done quick. They had it installed in less than 24 hours so the renter would not be without hot water. Anthony has gone above and beyond with his customer service and explains everything thoroughly. Anthony is hands-down the best plumber I’ve worked with! He’s helped me on several occasions, and every time, the work is done quickly, professionally, and right the first time. At my old home, he replaced the entire sewer line that previously had clay pipes that were root bound. At my new home, he repaired and inspected all the toilets, installed our dishwasher, and later replaced our water heater. What really stands out is that Anthony explains what he’s doing, gives helpful tips on maintenance, and clearly knows his trade inside and out. He’s reliable, efficient, and takes pride in his work. I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my technician! Not only was he knowledgeable, he went over and beyond to try and accommodate me when we ran into issues with getting my new toilet installed. Dan is the man!!! He treats you as a human first and then handles business after. I called him in distress when I had an unidentified water leak and he helped navigate the rest. Took the weight off me and handled next steps. Not to mention, patient. Had to fight with my insurance company over an invoice, never pressured me to pay and figure it out. Gave me the time I needed to address the situation and correct. Would recommend this place a thousand times over. Thanks Dan and team!!!!

Very professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Being a single woman… most repairmen come in with a sales pitch and feel the need to over exaggerate the urgency of anything to make a sale… Not these guys!!! I know it’s hard to believe… this is an honest bunch. They come in…done the job right…cleaned behind themselves. I have recommended them to my daughter….I have put their contact in my phone.

I was very impressed with Nolan he was experienced, very polite and professional. He not only fixed my broken pipe he also did some extra maintenance in the area without me asking and at no extra charge.
