We had a great experience with Brandon. He came out quickly, was punctual and courteous, and took the time to listen before getting started. He replaced an old pipe that wasn’t up to standard with a much higher-quality solution and completed the job efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was top-notch. It’s hard to find reliable professionals like this — highly recommend!

Never a convenient time when water pipe breakages happen! Monday evening on a holiday. I called Benjamin Franklin at 9:20 pm with an emergency call. Tom K. was the service tech assigned. He contacted me within 30 minutes of my call to let me know he was enroute. He showed up well presented, clean cut and in uniform. Very well mannered, professional, and knowledgeable. After I explained what happened and the action I had taken, he explained my options. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything. We decided on the least costly option knowing that after he opened a small hole in the drywall would determine whether I would have a larger problem or not. Fortunately for me it was not the worse case scenario and it was something Tom could fix. He was finished within a couple hours and I had water again. I cannot express enough, my gratitude for Tom K. and Benjamin Franklin. I will not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing repairs and/or new installations.

Tom was very helpful and professional as well as his employee he was training. Both provided us some other plumbing options and were pretty thorough. We decided to go with them in the initial visit, which we did not do with a couple other firms giving us bids. They made a very reasonable adjustment to their bid staying competitive and their knowledge and professionalism made the decision easy for us. They also came prepared to immediately do the replacement of our water heater. Very happy. Thank you

I just needed my toilet fixed and Josh came in here and did everything but that. He even took apart the door to my water heater (why are you checking my water heater?) I just needed my toilet fixed all that time wasted when he couldn't just fixed my toilet. He said the parts inside the tank were old and all needed to be replaced? On a 4 year old toilet? What a waste of time. And my toilet still isn't fixed. Then this man has the audacity to quote me almost $4000 saying I need to replace both toilets. Lord I can't leave a worst review or I would. Just stay away.

Stay away from this corporation. They are only interested in up selling and overpricing. Call your local plumber and save.

This is my second time using Ben Franklin Plumbing and I specifically requested Tom Kessinger for this phase of the work since he did such an outstanding job with the first phase. His attention to detail is amazing and he always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. He priced out each phase of the work I'm having done on a very tired and outdated home. I have no doubt that every improvement he's doing will greatly increase the value of my home. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and especially Tom to all my friends and family. If you choose them for your plumbing projects you won't be disappointed! This is my 3rd time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Tom and Joshua installed my new vanity in one of my bathrooms. They did an excellent job even though it required redirecting some of the plumbing and removing some old fixtures that were attached to the walls. They installed my new faucet and shower head and hand-held too. Once again I'm extremely happy with the quality and attention to detail that I always receive using this company. I have more projects coming up with the kitchen remodel and I'll be calling on Tom's skill and wealth of knowledge for those installations as well. I highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing projects or problems that need to be taken care of. Thanks again to this reliable company for taking care of all my plumbing needs! Once again Tom has accessed the situation and after climbing on top of the roof and sending a camera down to check the underground pipes that hook into the city sewer system he recorded a video and showed me what was going on down there and it wasn't good. But I guess a 60 year old house is bound to have some problems. Yes, it was an expensive problem but it needed to be fixed and he explained the process to me in terms I could understand and he quoted a fair price and arranged financing so I could pay it off over time making the whole situation as painless as possible. He had the crew out to do the work on the next business day. They had to dig a huge trench in my backyard but the work was completed in one day so now everything is in prime working condition with as little inconvenience as possible. Thank you Tom for once again handling the problem quickly and giving me peace of mind that I will no longer have to deal with any further issues with either of my bathrooms. Awesome job!!

Huge shoutout to Nick and Josh for absolutely crushing it on my water main repair! What could’ve been a super stressful situation turned into a smooth, hassle-free experience. Not only were they professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, but they were also just genuinely fun to be around. Great conversation, positive energy, and a sense of humor that made the whole experience way more enjoyable than you’d ever expect from a plumbing repair. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left everything looking great when they were done. It’s not every day you find people who take this much pride in their work and make the process enjoyable along the way. The job was well done! My only complaint is that the wife and I were hostages awaiting on the work to be done on day 2….said they’d be early the next morning…due to someone taking the workers truck to Bradenton….it was nearly 12 noon before he got here. It was not Nick’s fault, but the truck assignment of jobs needs to to be revisited to ensure that doesn’t happen again! Next, the communication to get the work (repiping of house) inspected, walls to be redone, holes in the ground filled …in other words…’the job completed’ … leaves a lot to be desired! We were assured that ‘inspection’ usually is the next day…..well nothing yet..!! I don’t answer unidentified phone calls… I got nothing from Ben Franklin yet…. Of course I will probably get notified tomorrow while living my life …..no hostage situation if I can help it

I was serviced by Joshua this morning. He called to ask if it was a favorable time to come today. He arrived within 35 mins. as he noted he would arriving. He introduced himself and put on boot guards before entering my residence. He inquired as to the pending concern and went room to room inspecting all possible issues and explaining in a manner I could understand what he was checking for and all options available to rectify any noted concerns. When in my residence he asked permission to proceed to another room. Josh was very informative, personable, knowledgeable possessing a much appreciated stellar work ethic. Should you need any plumbing services request Joshua. You will be grateful for his overall presentation and performance.

David, very professional, customer oriented, listened, not pushing giving both necessary issues to address and recommendations for future before they become a problem; instructed on what he was going to do, showed how to work the valves presented benefits of membership, spoke on financing provided ease to Mom and a huge plus, speaking Spanish. He eased her and very patiently addressing her concerns. Highly recommend him for many reasons, reminds me of the days of respectful, diligent individuals that took integrity to a high standard in work ethic and that is such a rarity today! We had a surprise blockage in our sewer system involving two toilets, a shower and bathtub. It was Friday afternoon and we had visions of a miserable weekend ahead. Brandon Forney saved the day. He arrived in what seemed like a short time and went right to work. The cause of our problem was unknown so investigation was the first order of business. He asked questions and found clues we hadn't even considered. After discussing his findings he went to work. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at what he was doing. Our technician was Brandon. He was superb. His customer service was bar none the best my family has ever experienced. BFP came on time, and Brandon was professional and personable. He quickly identified the issues, and provided the right solution at an affordable price. He didn't try to hustle us for a bigger, more extreme, more costly fix than was necessary, which is hard to find in Florida. Josh Forti arrived precisely on time, listened intently to the explanation of the reason for our call, inspected our failed water heater, diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained the options available to us to fix the problem. We decided to go ahead with Josh and Benjamin Franklin to solve our problem. Due to the difficult location of the water heater Josh came back with his co-worker, Gabriel Corona, along with the new appliance and all the necessary parts to finish the job to our satisfaction - all in the same day!
